My past experiences since this Dairy Queen opened has since went down hill spiraling. I've waited to update with hopes things would turn around, but to my dismay it hasn't. Since my first time I've been several times with my order each time being wrong. I'm not sure if the microphone at the drive through doesn't work or if the headsets doesn't work for the employees. No matter what I've ordered I get what they want me to have in a bag. For example no mayonnaise which I despise and they put extra mayonnaise. Unsweetened tea comes out sweetened tea. Tonight was the last time I will go to this Dairy Queen as I waited for ice cream then when I got it it was yet again wrong. Orange Julius wasn't orange at all, chocolate milk shake was chocolate milk not even a shake. Employees in this particular location seem to play a lot , on cell phones etc. This is unacceptable and when a customer is paying they expect to get what they pay for without sitting and watching people goofing off. Very unprofessional. Lastly the website to tell about your visit doesn't even work or perhaps their server is down ( Been down past few times I've attempted) I hope this location gets it together soon. read more

I wanted my burger but I also saw an eggnog shake.. it's the season so I got that too.. both were very good and I'm glad I stopped . Shift supervisor was aggressive and hostile. She refused to have my blizzard filled when it was 4 inches from the top of the cup. Out of the large blizzard, I had 4 pieces of the candy. Another blizzard in our order didn't have any of one of the ingredients and she pointed to flecks in the ice cream and said it was right and refused to fix it. Her hostility was not just to customers, she also was making her staff visibly on edge. read more

First time at a DQ in 34 years and was so excited to try my first Blizzard. They were closing at 9pm and I was in the drive thru by 8:20pm. I ordered a medium Peanut-Butter-Cookie-Dough-Party-Blizzard and added banana. After waiting a good 20min, I paid the girl at the window $7+ and was handed what appeared to be a shake. That's the best way to describe what I received. She was nice, I said thank you while licking the entire circumference of the cup bc it was melting everywhere. Thankfully there was 1 napkin wrapped around the cup. So disappointing bc what I received was pretty much soft serve vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cookie dough and sliced bits of banana. They left off the "party" which I'm assuming are the sprinkles. DQ, if you're reading this...how about paying your employees more money. It's truly that simple. read more

I walked in and there and the first thing was there where multiple employees vaping near the back end of the restaurant I could smell the vape at the registers it took way to long to get an employee to to take my order very rude and I could hear more employees in the back making fun of other customers who came in just before me. Store doors says they're open until 9. At 7:55, an employee ran and locked the door in our faces as we were grabbing the door handle to walk inside. A week prior, we were in drive thru and there was not a single employee alive and working - this was a Saturday at 8PM - and nothing to indicate the shop was closed. read more

Please read the reviews! Customer service here is really bad. Young folks who simply don't care how well they do their job. I rarely write reviews, but after a 3rd time of my order being wrong I felt compelled. I visited this location around 8:15pm. I ordered the chicken strip meal with gravy as the dipping sauce. I was told that they were out of gravy. they throw it out at 8pm because it is really only for day shift. I explained to her that she is misinformed because I use to work at this location in upper management and you serve till closing. I have gone several days since moving back to this area and spent way too much for the quality of food I got.(old/cold). I talked to the restaurant mgr but she only works a few hours a week so with no supervision they will do what they want. I know I'm not the only person to complain because that's all that's on YELP and on the community Facebook page. funny thing is the responses to the negative comments is not the business owner unless she is hiding behind someone else's picture. lol. this plas is a joke that's why I quit working there. good is Great when served properly. it's not DQ. it's management. read more

The Dairy Queen in Sneads Ferry is HORRIBLE! It ALWAYS has been since the day it opened, and it continues to get worse. The staff along with management are rude, the employees are constantly arguing amongst themselves, the service is beyond slow, Everytime that I have walked in for food I have told myself NEVER AGAIN as I was leaving, I have gone in the Dairy Queen in Sneads Ferry several times since it opened years ago, waiting months or even years in between visits thinking each time that maybe they had changed for the better and each time my experience was worst than the previous visit, I went in the Dairy Queen in Sneads Ferry today after not going there in over a year, as soon as I walked in two employees were arguing because neither one of them could log into the cash register to take the customers order in front of me, both employees were extremely unprofessional, rude and had zero knowledge of the business and then one of them walked out into the parking lot to get the "manager" who was sitting in her car to unlock the register. As the "manager" who was also extremely unprofessional was walking through the front door, I was walking out for the second time in a row a years time apart not wanting to eat there. This place should be either closed for good or reported to DQ higher ups so they can step in and force a change of ownership. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Came here with my husband and son. We ordered a sundae, banana split and a blizzard. My son was brought his sundae and then 10 mins later, my banana split came out. 20 mins later and still waiting for my husband's blizzard. He went up and asked about his blizzard and was told "the machine is acting up!". Sat back down and not even 5 mins later see an entire family walking by with 5 blizzards in hand....they had came in long after we did. This time I ordered a small snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard.. they went to give us all our blizzards (4 in total) and made mine a mini instead. So she "fixed" it. I get home and realize after eating 1/3 of the blizzard.. they dumped the mini blizzard on top of a cup of vanilla ice cream. So I ended up with a mini blizzard on top of vanilla ice cream in a small cup. So they didn't remake it- they just gave me plain ice cream. Why am I paying $4-6 for ice cream EACH when I'm not getting what I ordered? Completely disappointed in this place. I have gone their 4 times, once sit down and 3 drive through trips. All 4 resulted in wrong orders. I don't feel like I have to breakdown my orders like I am speaking to a child, but here it seems like I have to. This last photo is just one example; asked for Honey BBQ GLAZED chicken fingers. After three prior incorrect orders, I made sure to be very specific and confirm this with the woman at the drive thru. Wrong again. Thank you for the one BBQ packet though. I am done with this location for the foreseeable future. The McDonalds across the way or Taco Bell consistently get orders right. Either they are overwhelmed here (which I doubt), lazy, or just don't pay attention.
