This was by far the slowest service I've ever received at a DQ. We ordered a sundae and two ice cream cones and waited nearly 15 minutes before getting our order. It was not busy at the time we were there. I was in Spicer visiting family and found out afterwards that some family members have literally just left without their food because of how long it was taking. I have never left a review on this dumb app, but I was so inclined after I just went through the drive-through and the worker had vomit all over his shirt and all over his arm and hand while handing me my card and drink. Came into DQ at 8:15 took 40 minutes to get our food. Then we were told to leave because lobby closes at 9:00. The sign outside says closes at 10:00. They were still serving the drive through as we were just wanting to finish our food. At 9:16 as we were getting ready to leave a girl calls a manager loudly enough for us to hear her asking if they should call the police to get us to leave! We were in no way hindering them from their job and they had locked the doors. Three groups of customers tried to come in and do business after the doors were locked!! We will never go here again and if the owner disrespects their customers like this they better close their doors for good!! read more

Grill and chill is not very chill a big lady with a spider tattoo on the right side was very disrespectful and the server that brought out our food was also I asked for a peice of bread because I never got one with my meal which I payed for. And she didn't say a word to me when I asked and moments later the big lady came out very very rude saying we're disrespectful and assuming our genders saying maam and sir and one of us is they/them which I felt very very violated by because I'm gay. And the service is horrific would not even take my dying grandma and it's fast food it's supposed to be fast. It took 45 minutes for a blizzard and the meal took longer than a school day. Very very hard to go back and spend and they were asking. For tips with that kind of service I wouldn't tip them a button of my shirt. They even charged for a ranch which I asked for in my meal they asked for a side. very bad costumer service. gal with the spider tattoo on the right side of her neck was swearing at young boys because they wanted there food that they paid for and never received. they also gave away other group members food. it also took a very long time for us to receive our food we got our blizzards before our food. it took about 40 minutes just for food. read more

Our order was correct, price was high (normal for Dairy Queen). I had ordered a blizzard and read right on the menu "If we don't flip your blizzard the next one is on you". I chuckled because I. Always grew up hearing that but never thought it was true. Understaffed. Inexperienced staff. Chaotic atmosphere. Extremely long wait. Manager was rude when he handed me the last of my order. (Part of my order took an extra 10 minutes and it was ice cream, not something that needed to be cooked) After having to wait as long as I did, he handed me my ice cream with a "Here". No apology for the wait. Incredibly poor customer service. I watched people stand in line waiting to order for over 10 minutes before someone came to the cash register. Nuts! This place is anything but fast. Stopped in for a simple buster bar and sat in line for 15 minutes. Not kidding. Two cars in front of me and the first car was already done ordering when I got in line. Funny thing is that the parking lot was empty. I've always loved Dairy Queen's Blizzards, however, today was my first time trying one of their burgers. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, and I got every condiment you could imagine! The blizzards are good, but I wouldn't recommend their burgers. Terrible service. read more
