Food was hot and fresh. Disappointed they didn't do their signature "turn the blizzard upside down" before handing it it to you. So I I did it, and it was runny. I expect that from some other places, but not Dairy Queen! Not the second you hand it to me! Runny before you get the food or before the payment is ever processed?? Not good. But the staff were quick and efficient at everything else and everything else was great. But man I'd sure like a redo on my blizzard. DQ was a favorite growing up. We don't eat much fast food but sometimes on these long 8 hour drives you just have to grab something fast. Our option was DQ or Wendy's and honesty Wendy's is always reliable but we wanted to see how their chicken sandwich compared. My husband wasn't very impressed. I however got the chicken finger meal. It comes with one piece of buttered bread. This one piece of overly buttered bread made my day. The chicken sandwich did not matter to me. I don't get very much bread in my life (sandwich wasn't mine after all) and the bread was life. The chicken was average chicken and we agreed that their fries are probably of the worst of the fast food. I would have taken an extra piece of bread and ditched the fries lol read more

I just started going to this location. The food is always fresh, the line moves fast, and they have great service in the drive thru. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. The food satisfied our grandchildren however the customer service is really bad. The server gave me a cup that was dirty. When my husband returned it, some other man came up and said that's condensation." Well condensation or whatever give me a clean cup please. Begrudgingly he gave us another cup. We did a quick drive through on this DQ. We wanted to grab a good burger while we were on the road. Dairy Queen filled our need for fast food while we were on the road. Our burgers were made just as we ordered. Our ordered was filled fast and the meal was pretty cheap. The drive through is a little hard to find, just keep driving around the building. I order a chicken strip basket from this location and I was missing a chicken strip. I googled dairy queen Stockbrige and the only location that pulled up was on Davidson street. With me being an essential worker and not from here, I assumed that this was the only location in Stockbrige, GA. I called to make my complaint and I told the manager I wasn't looking for a replacement meal. However, she insisted on replacing it. I thought that was very nice of her. Today I arrive for the replacement and the manager on duty (Jake) completely called me liar in front of my face and told me it's not possible that happened. I told him I order from here all the time and I am not someone that is trying to get over on him. He begin to question me on the price of the meal and everything as if I was lying. We later discovered that I called the wrong location in regards to my order. However, that shouldn't matter if my issue is with his store. The store I order from almost everyday for lunch and the store I give my business to often. I am honestly shocked at his professionalism and I will be sending my complaint to corporate. Also, as I was discussing my issue with Jake his cashier was laughing at how rude Jake was being towards me. He even eventually laughed with her.
