Average fast food place. Quick, convenient & reasonable prices. I like how they offer ice cream with certain meals and the kids meal. I also liked the cheese curds, it tasted like mozzarella sticks. We don't have this in Hawaii so we enjoyed this. read more

My food was average, it's hard to make a bacon cheeseburger bland but they succeeded. My flurry drink was quite good. My wife's chicken strips made her ill. Maybe I'll stick with ice cream products from DQ from now on. read more

DQ always does a very good job. We typically use the drive up, although occasionally order online. Every time the order is correct. The food is always good and the desserts are very tasty. The dogs love the "pup cups"! read more

I got a kids hamburger here, and it tasted just like how school food used to taste back in the day. (Not Great!) The fries were cold and unsalted... My husband ordered chicken strips. They were fine, not something to brag about. This meal ended up costing us quite a bit of money for a kids hamburger meal and chicken strips. We also had an encounter with the employees/manager. We were ordering food when an employee yelled at us to move to the side so they could mop the floor. Why couldn't you have mopped before opening? We were told that the chicken strips would take 10 extra minutes added on to the original time it would take them to get our food. The tables were dirty too, does nobody clean around here? We could have just went to McDonald's and had a better experience. read more

The food every time is just average, I usually order the chicken strips and its always just average never good but also never bad, I feel as if they earn this "Ok" rating because everytime I eat here thats all I say, when I enter the building the auras always just awkward as if you just friend zoned someone, high tensions and an atmosphere so thick you could cut it with a butter knife. This review is for the Dairy Queen on Addison Avenue in Twin Falls, Idaho. It's a doozy. 0 stars for service, if I could give it. I swear it is because they saw my Autism shirts. I call bigotry. Two times in a row, I was purposefully neglected and ignored. No adults in sight. Just moron teenagers that want to laugh and play with each other. First time, I waited a ridiculous amount of time for my food, then they say like I'm a creep to have a nice day. I say I want my moolattes. So, here are my moolattes sitting behind them all made and they are talking with each other like I don't exist. I walk up feeling pissed and they ask like I'm a creep what do you want and I say I want my moolattes. They finally give them to me. My food was cold because of how long I had to wait. Second time this happened, I waited a ridiculous amount of time for 4 bacon double-cheese burgers. They were probably all ready in the back. Here these stupid kids are laughing and pushing each other. Everyone was getting their orders. I had to wait. This is why I call bigotry because they saw my Autism shirt. Autistics aren't stupid, or dangerous, you stupid children!! I will never set foot in that building ever again. No wonder there are no cars there now. Now if my mom, or dad was with me, they would have given me proper service. I don't want these Autism-haters to get away with this. There should be consequences. It's time! Hot outside and perfect time for a cold treat. Let's face it, we all have our personal favorites. But regardless of yours, you can never go wrong with a cold tasty treat on a hot summer day. Drive through can be busy- so sometimes it's quicker going inside. The menu ranges from burgers and fries, to $5 buck lunch, salads and sides, chicken strips and fry basket, DQ snack bakes (pretzel sticks and potato skins), kids meals and of course.....TREATS! The stars aren't for the service - it was pretty slow today. They are one of the few franchises I know of that offer either vanilla or chocolate ice cream in their blizzards, and the chocolate option is a total game changer! read more

Came through Twin Falls while on the return leg of a road trip from Montana back to California and stopped by for some food. After getting dinner and gas, we figured we should grab some dessert and seeing that the DQ was new-looking and had a drive thru, we figured it was going to be a quick stop. Instead of being a quick grab and go stop, we were stuck in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Ordering didn't take long, but waiting for the cars in front of us to get served, let alone OUR car getting served, it took EONS. I guess their ice cream machine had run out of ice cream so it had to freeze more and that is what caused the back up. This seems baffling that they would have RUN OUT given their main business is desserts. We were all pretty upset to have wasted so much time in the drive thru line and I originally was only planning on giving this place 1 star, but when we did finally get our sundaes, it turned out they gave us medium sundaes instead of the smalls that we ordered because of the long wait. They offered a hurried apology and said the upgrade was free of charge. As a customer who values customer service, I did greatly appreciate the gesture. It shows they do have the decency to try to right a wrong. read more

I have been to this Dairy Queen perhaps half a dozen times, and they always have great hot and fresh food, and delicious blizzards to try at a great price! (5$+1$ blizzard) And what great customer service! They always get your food out to you quickly, and they always do it with a smile. If you go inside, you will see there is always plenty of staff to make sure everything is nice and clean for your dining experience. I really appreciate the fact they have always been on top of great customer service, Everytime. read more

This is definitely not fast food. Waited in line for 10 minutes before the want a be $15.00 per hour child could take my order. Food just OK. The one thing about Dairy Queen in general all there stores... There pricing is just to high. Never any real specials. No value meals or items for that matter. I went to dairy queen a few minutes ago and ordered a 4 piece honey bbq chicken basket amongst other things. Not only did they not give a sundae with our 5 buck lunch, but they gave us regular chicken instead of honey bbq. This meal cost around 20 dollars when it wasn't even worth 5. This Dairy Queen has a great $5 menu including a burger or chicken strip basket with fries, a drink, and a Sunday (or you can upgrade to a Blizzard for $1). They are not as fast as McDonalds; but the chicken meat is real breast meat and their food is served hot and fresh. The management and staff are always busy and have been super friendly every time. It's one of our favorites. read more
