Sometimes though I think her eyes are bigger than her stomach because we fill up our cups and then they are melted and we are full before we can finish, heh. It is a type of ice cream made by hand-rolling the ice cream base on a cold surface, creating a unique, rolled ice cream experience. These ice cream rolls are then topped with a variety of mix-ins and toppings, offering a personalized dessert. They regularly post photos of these tasty creations on their Facebook Page. The basic product is Cream Base, a Mix-In, and a Drizzle. You can add more toppings as you like. The shop is housed in a masterfully restored building downtown, decorated tastefully and comfortably. They get a lot of foot traffic from tourists downtown and its always fun to watch a group of children come in and watch them make the curled creme through the glass barrier around the frozen slabs they build it on. The owners are normally on-site and it's obvious they enjoy seeing customers satisfied with the product. From time to time they sell fried fruit pies and cake pops.
