Had a craving today and it was satisfied! Drive thru was clean, attendant was pleasant and the wait wasn't too long for hot piping food. I ordered the steak finger basket. It was very good. Love their new baseball cups! Go Astros!

The Chicken salad yummy. It has bits of bacon also

Why Why did we have to move our offices down the street from DQ? I haven't eaten this much ice cream in 8 years, I now go to DQ at once a week. I really have to see if there is a DQ rehab meeting during lunch. My favorite is the Popcorn Chicken...yes this would be great if mixed with a salad or something greens, but I prefer mines with a small blizzard. Life here is good, it's summer, summer time... UPDATE 7/9/2014 Well because of Earl A. another yelp reviewer I had to go and try their salad - crispy chicken, bacon bits ! Yes yes yes

Ok, so I have a serious DQ problem...I am from a small town where DQ was the big and only thing in town; when I moved to Houston, I honestly didn't find that anything fast-food wise compared. Of course when I lived over here years and years ago, I would come over here and get my usual (burger and fries with a side of cream gravy). I am super pleased that this location is still open because the night my friends and I decided to pre-move boxes over to my new place before the official move, I brought the guys here & bought them dinner. The dining room was empty because it was late (I think we made it before they closed), and the young man was very gracious in taking our orders and bringing it out to us without rushing us out or anything. The burgers are still very juicy and made perfectly to order, the fries have a perfect crispness with tender insides...man, and you just can NOT have their fries without their delicious, thick cream gravy with that peppery bite. One of my friends ordered the tacos, and they were so big, full and crispy. Their steak fingers are so incredibly good, as good as I remembered them to be; nice and crispy on the outside and meaty and juicy on the inside. I seriously can't finish the 4 pc basket which comes with lots of fries, toast and a side of cream gravy; the chicken tender basket is identical. The Dude (chicken fried steak sandwich) is also killer; perfect for when you don't want a regular burger. Ice cream? Ok, forget it, it is always rocking because it is soft-serve, but I am very good about steering clear from it, lol You also can't beat the price; I spent less than $20 for all three of us (and that included 2 guys!). The other thing about them is that drive-thru service is also quick and everyone is always pleasant & courteous.

Received banana split just like this.

The air was not on. They did not care to turn it. The manager was rude and needs to learn manners.

The parking lot is shared with the likes of Chili's, Cavender Boot City, and Planet Fitness. Pro tip: if you're coming the Stratford High School area, avoid the traffic on Dairy Ashford and take Tully. It will spit you out into the Whataburger parking lot right before you hit I-10. OK, so on a weekday before work I decided to stop by this Whataburger location. Instead of mobile ordering which is my usual MO, I decided to test ordering at the counter. There was no line to order (though about 10 people were waiting for their food), service was fine - not extra nice but nothing rubbed me the wrong way either. From order to getting my food (a honey butter chicken biscuit with hot black coffee), it was 7 minutes. Not bad considering it was pretty busy. I dined in so I could take a photo and write this review in peace. From my experience, the dine in area was very empty and the vast majority of customers were taking their food to-go or using the drive through. The restaurant was decently clean though there were some random used napkins lying around. As a good citizen, I cleaned it up. The food itself - heavenly! The honey butter chicken biscuit was super fresh and delicious. The black coffee wasn't too bad either. Enjoy!

Crispy waffles (unless you want them soft!), properly cooked steak and eggs. Even the toast is good. You can't go wrong with an Allstar here! Now, I've been to probably a hundred or so Waffle House restaurants across the South (lots of highway travels), but this one - number 1103 - is the best I've ever seen. The place is clean, man, and not usually too loud (although after the clubs close, it's a little spirited!) Unless you show up at breakfast on the weekend, there's usually plenty of seating and parking - but be warned, you can miss the entrance if you're not paying attention. The Mercedes dealership shares the entrance, so that's a good place marker! As far as the staff goes - what can I say? Top notch cooks in "T", Mississippi, Carlos and Henry. All of them rock! The servers are excellent as well: Sabrina, Taylor, Janera - these are the names that I remember - all of them are AWESOME (And I know Awesome - I have a gift for that!) Friendly and fun, there's a place for you here! Come by early on a workday and you'll see the three wise men sitting at the high bar. Be sure to ask them about the Pony :) 10/10!

I was told they charge extra for lemon pepper. I simply asked when they started charging for it because I've never been charged before. The employee responded that they have always charged for it. When I explained that I had never been charged in the past, she told me she had been working there a long time and had never seen me before. At that point, it felt like I was being called a liar. I made it clear that I had no problem paying the charge--I was only asking when the policy changed. The issue wasn't the cost; it was the way I was treated. As a longtime customer, I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with the customers and friends I've referred there over the years. I have proof of some of my past purchases and visits.
