I LOVE the way Baskin Robbins smells! All the 31 flavors together causing a pleasant olfactory symphony! Love it. Baskin Robbins was a treat for us growing up since my Mom was a huge health nut. We used to always get rainbow sherbet or pink bubblegum, lol. I got a delicious banana split. I love banana splits. I actually don't like to eat ice cream without fruit. Meaning, I usually eat my ice cream with a banana, strawberry, or blueberry. Even if the ice cream has fruit in it. I prefer a banana though. Yum! The flavors I got were pralines and cream and cherry jubilee. I also got cherries and marshmallow cream on top. The marshmallow topping is so delicious! So delicious, sweet, and creamy! This place did a major upgrade and looks so nice in the inside. Polly the manager is super sweet and has great customer service. The ice cream cones were extremely fresh and you could smell them cooking when you walked in. I loved the fact that you can try the ice cream before getting it again. I came to this location for my birthday to get the free 4 ounce cup of ice cream. I am a member of Baskin-Robbins, and I even showed her my account and my birthday on the Baskin-Robbins website and we went back-and-forth about this for at least 15 minutes. I was not able to find it the coupon, even though I proved it was my birthday and that I was registered as a member, so I ended up leaving the location with no ice cream. It's your typical Baskin Robbins. I came in here because of T-Mobile's Tuesday's promotion: Buy one sundae, get one sundae for $0.99. I came in after dinner and I showed the staff my coupon on my phone. She proceeded to tell me that all the classic sundaes are included in the promotion except for the banana split. No worries, I wanted to get the brownie sundae anyway, She then also told me that she wasn't really sure how the coupon (bar scan code) would work. I pretty much told her "I should be paying full price for one sundae and then 99 cents for the other one. Just like the promotion." She then told me that that might not how the coupon worked, that the system might ring two full price for both sundaes and then take off some dollar amounts off the second. At this point I was just facepalming myself and I go, "So, if one Sundae is $4.79 and I pay two sundaes at $4.79 each and the system takes off $3.79 off the second sundae, I'll still be paying $1 for the second sundae!!" She seemed confused at this point so I just told her to go ring it up. And guess what? $0.99 FOR THE SECOND SUNDAE!!!! Holy crap, that was pretty painful. Other than the painful experience with the cashier about the promotion (she was super nice otherwise), everything else was good. i haven't had BR in such a long time. it's been at least 4 years.. i stopped at that time because the store that was near me at that time had disgusting flavors and just everything was too sugary and sweet. and i was disappointed that flavors in US are just not up to my expectations... for some reason i was craving BR today and i checked this store out. seems like they had changed a bit, store looks pretty cute and the staffs are nice! i was surprised with their flavors because they were more interesting and diverse compared to four years ago.. anyways i got the cherry, strawberry, cotton candy and caramel/chocolate in this giant cup. They charge you based on the weight and this came out to be less than $10. I think it's a good price! Baskin-Robbins is an all American ice cream parlor and arguably the best place for coconut and pistachio ice cream. Now growing up, I was always under the impression that Baskin-Robbins had 32 or 33 flavors but lately I have not seen that in any of their parlors. Even this location only had about 20 flavors. So has something changed?? Or am I totally out of touch with reality? I went with the usual coconut ice cream in a waffle cone. Ice cream has a solid flavor of coconut and has almonds in it too. Their waffle cone is also pretty tasty and sweet. They also sell cakes which I've never had and pint sized ice cream. They also have shakes and other cold lattes. I only go there to get ice cream which was the origin of their foundation. One thing that I found appalling was that this location ID's u for any debit or credit card purchase. Tonight I was ID'd for a $3.02 purchase. Are u F'in kidding me? Also on your receipt is a offer code for $1.00 off for a purchase of $4.00 or more on a future purchase. The lady straight up lies. I ordered a " chocolate cake with chocolate chips" after clarifying availability of the flavor. My dad picked it up and it was a vanilla cake with chocolate chips when I put the candle in. I call her saying the same and she said to bring it back. My dad brought it back to the store, and she argued saying their chocolate cake is vanilla based. Which she failed to mention when I specifically ordered. She kept on arguing saying she told me this and I said I specifically asked her about chocolate cake with chocolate chips. Anyways she rudely said so you just don't want it and I said we need a chocolate cake which was not this. I have never had anyone lie or argue on my face like she did. You lost my business Forever. Any day I have my godson with me on an errand day this is one of our "errands". He loves the waffle cones and I like getting a cup and having a quick sit down for a break. A double scoop of orange sherbet and some chocolate ice cream is always good for me and he usually gets a different flavor each visit. You aren't gonna get out of here with a $1 cone. I usually plop down about $8 for us both. Everyone has their own favorite flavor so I won't go into which ones I like best. They will let you taste some if you aren't sure. Taste a few and mix and match! They have ice cream cakes, pre scooped tubs to go (or they will fill a new one with your flavor of choice), shakes and sundaes, You know all the good ice cream parlor stuff. It's no different menu wise than any other Baskin Robbins. I write a review for this location because: The floors and tables are usually spotless, the lady behind the counter each time we have been in has been very pleasant and parking is easy right out front. We are from Dallas and were in town visiting. Came to this store late at night on 6/18/17 to satisfy our late craving for ice cream on a warm summer's night. One car pulled-in ahead of us in the parking lot in front of the ice cream shop just as we parked our car beside it. The "Open" sign was still on and there were still people inside. When the passengers of the car that arrived ahead of us were about to enter store, we were right behind them, the employees inside turned-off the the "Open" sign and locked the door. It was only 9:42 pm and they're supposed to be open till 10 pm ! Very rude and quite unprofessional. Definitely the wrong way to run a business. We went there last night with my family and bought a few ice creams. The guy was super cool and helped me choose the flavor I wanted. I am a vegan so he was honest and told me which flavors they had for me. He was patient with us all as we rightfully selected what we wanted which didn't take too long though. The Chocolate ice-cream my fiancé purchased was very strong! It was almost similar to coffee mixed with licorice. Usually I'm not a huge ice cream fanatic but I do love waffle cones/cups. The dipped chocolate waffle cup was delicious and the chocolate was so soft and decadent. AS FOR THE SERVICE, my fiancé said that the cashier/ server was rude and kept asking him questions about our credit card... "This isn't your card" Yes it was MY card, why does it matter? This location does not serve standard portions or toppings on the sundaes. They short both the scoop size and the toppings amount. Too little of everything. They are cheap and a rip-off. They are violating franchise quality control by giving far less ice cream and toppings -- so obviously not doing what the franchise considers standard. I measure this standard by the hundreds of times I've gone to other BRs over the years, always approximately the same sizes and this one has ripped me off repeatedly until I finally got the hint last night.
