The mgr on duty last night was very rude they say her name is Savannah but not sure but she was on duty at closing and when we were placing our order with a gentleman she rudely got on and said anything else ? It's hard to mess up Dairy Queen, so it's easy for me to dock stars when the two times I've been here, they've screwed up my order both times. Maybe someone working there is allergic to peanuts so they don't like to use the Reese's? Two stars because it's still ice cream. We stopped here a couple of days ago and bought 2 large blizzards with extra heath bar buts and extra butterfinger bits, to go, which we paid for extra on both of them, with a military discount. As soon as I got home I put them in the freezer for later. The next day I ate the heath bar blizzard and there was hardly any heath bits and there sure wasn't extra. I dumped it all in a bowl and couldn't find hardly any heath bar bits! It looked like it was just a spoon full of crumbs. So disappointed. Just a note...I always get the heath bar blizzard. I've not eaten the butterfinger blizzard yet, so I'm not sure about it. I'm hoping we weren't shorted because we asked for a military discount. read more

I Ordered 4 ice creams 3 which were cones and the employee handed me all of them and I couldn't carry them all and ended up in one cone falling , this employee just stared at me and then walked off and I wasn't even given another cone ! So I go up and ask the 2 employees if I was going to get another cone since the other fell and one rudely says he has to ask and the other employee walks off , so I'm waiting and the manager comes out to give me a new one . But the whole problem of this was the employee didn't care and the other employees were so unfriendly and he still gave me the ice creams knowing I couldn't hold them and then didn't care that I dropped it and nobody was going to give me a new cone after . I've always enjoyed DQ growing up as a kid. My grandfather i had many memories there. This location brought back memories of that. From the customer service to me singling out who made my quad burger. I got his name and it was Benjamin Alderete. Very pleasant and respectful young man. This menu is different from others but this is why i enjoy this location out of the rest. read more

We've come here a few times since they opened but finally remembered to post a review. Came through drive through today for lunch. I had the regular burger combo and hubby had their spicy burger combo (sorry can't remember the exact names). The food was exactly as ordered even down to request for no salt on fries. Service was fast and very friendly. Plan to return and highly recommend this place for good burgers at reasonable prices!! read more

I have frequented this place a few times since it has opened. The drive thru line is always crazy ridiculous like any new establishment that opens, so I typically go inside. They move pretty fast and the customer service is good. I typically order the steak finger basket to try something new and it was really good each time I had it,but I was over it pretty quickly. So I decided to try their taco salad. I was highly disappointed and disgusted. As small as the taco salad is the cost should only be $5 NOT $7.41 after taxes. They don't give no sauce just a sour cream packet. On top of the piss poor presentation it tasted disgusting. So now I have mixed feeling about this restaurant due to that one bad experience. read more

Always love to stop here and get some ice cream. They have amazing chicken and dumplings and their fries are excellent. The customer service is always top notch with all friendly employees. Only issues is the managers. Typically amazing staff, yet I feel as if there are only two competent managers current which are Amy and Ronnie. They're always very kind to me. The other manager with short hair is always rude with me and has a negative attitude. Other than that I'd say that the restaurant is very clean and always plays good music. This location is still fairly new to the Hutto area. Overall food and service was great. I ordered just 1 meal, order was ready to pick up through the window fairly quickly. Everything on the order was correct. Staff was friendly and quickly to send me on my way. No issues or concerns about this place. Glad to have one finally in the Hutto area. read more
