The service and the ice cream were great! Seniyah is amazing to watch work. She was wearing like three hats. Working the drive through making orders and taking orders. The store filled up pretty fast and the two girls had to serve about 20+ people at once plus whatever was happening in the drive through. It did take some time but both stayed positive and did a great job serving their guests. I would say that it wouldn't have hurt to have a little extra help. read more

I stopped by for a late-night dessert run. The overall experience was pretty good. The staff was friendly. It seemed like they were having a slow evening. The dessert came out pretty quickly and tasted great. The only downside is that there were a few crickets crawling on the floor near the front, which was a bit of an unpleasant surprise. Wow, what an exceptional experience! Came here tonight for the first time, my partners second time, and it was amazing. We were greeted by a young man and offered various samples to try. There is a very large selection of flavors and I can say with confidence that you will very likely find something just for you. I'm so satisfied with the customer service and the taste of my frozen treat! I'd say that the only downside was that the establishment could have been a little cleaner. I will give it the benefit of the doubt though as I think they could have been very busy earlier and just didn't have the time to clean. A young lady began to clean as we were finishing up and I think she was about to make it over to the tables. This will definitely be a new go-to spot for my partner and I. Wow wow wow! So impressed! We've tried Jeremiah's ice catered at couple of events before but being at their soft opening and getting freebies is 10x better lol and wow they are huge! They are so generous and give you so much so indulge way! My grasshopper was delicious! It's filling but oh so tasty! Perfect combo of ice and ice cream! The others all enjoyed theirs so much! Next time we ought to share so we can taste everything! From black raspberry to bday cake to Pima colada and strawberry shortcake. They all loved it! And they look to pretty too. And I think the price point is perfect especially for the size. We are boba and ice connoisseurs and believe me there are other places that way overcharge for even a tiny scoop of gelato so I really think this place has the fairest prices for what you get and did I mention they are huge?? Leander is a bit far for us but if we are ever in this area we'd stop by. It's such a cute spot and so many showed up to the soft opening that I wish them well. Their cater is perfectly done and runs so smoothly too. We've had it a few times and love how efficient they are and how they know which flavors will sell well. Always such.a treat. Highly recommend a stop by and get a sample if of you can't decide. They are super friendly and super nice and accommodating. Friendliest workers and owner who knows what they are doing. We don't have many places like this near us so the location is convenient and I'm grateful moving here from Florida that they built this! Haven't tasted a flavor that was foul, they're all super amazing. Service is always kind, professional and productive. We were visiting from out of town for a basketball tournament in round rock. I had 6 kids with me and the staff were super nice and patient, the place was clean, and the ice cream was great. I forgot my phone outside on a patio table when table we left and had to come all the way back to get it. When i walked in one of the girls immediately handed it to me with a smile! 2 days later I realized why (see photo). We had a good laugh after discovering it in my pictures lol! A tasty new desert place to go to in Leander! Tons of flavor options and you can choose if you just want Italian ice, soft serve ice cream, or their famous gelati which is a combo of both. I had their Cake Batter Gelati and it was delicious. They do not skimp on the portions either-ordered a small and I got a ton of ice cream. They offer you a free sample of anything before you try it so it's easy to find something you like. Staff was friendly, order was ready quickly, and they even have a drive-thru if you need it to go! Only reason for the 4 stars was because the tables and chairs were pretty dirty and could have used a wipe down, but other than that very pleasant experience! 1) Order # 31770244 was scheduled to be delivered at 8:00 pm. The order was 30 minutes late. Although it can be understood that orders may not arrive on time due to unforseen issues. When ordering a 'frozen' dessert it should arrive frozen. When my order arrived it was liquid, completely liquid. It needed to be re-frozen. So now all layers are mixed up. I live less than a mile from this location. This shouldn't be an issue. 2) The phone number listed on the receipt (512 - 986 - 7365) does not work. If an online order that is to be delivered is made and there is an issue this phone number is useless. It is hard to call this 'Italian Ice' when it arrives a liquid mess. Might as well call this Jeremiah's Italian Drink. I want to give this zero stars but Yelp wants a start review. read more

Love Jeremiah's, and have been looking forward to this location opening. Went during mid-afternoon on a weekday. We were the only customers both inside and drive thru. The staff is very friendly, choices all taste amazing. The reason I can't give this a higher rating is how filthy the tables, chairs, and floor were. Toppings and dried up soft serve/Italian ice, clumps of hair, etc. the place had several people working, but they were all sitting down near the drive thru window enjoying their own servings, on their phones, and obviously no care about the sitting area, or cleanliness of the place. There were 3 employees behind the counter when I walked in, but 2 decided to not help me and instead go to that back where I could still clearly see them on their phones. One employee continued to make ice cream on her own and finally acknowledged me after a while and took my order. I arrived at the store at 9:30 with 4 other cars in line, waited in line for 25 minutes when an employee came to the drive thru saying that I was unable to be served. She said they closed at 10 and had a 10 minute grace period for customers in line. I noted that it was currently 9:55 and had been in line for quite some time. She was very rude and slammed the back door into the store, from my vehicle I could audibly hear her scream and say "f*** you". I arrived at the window before 10:10pm and was denied service while still being within the 10 minute grace period. Both employees were extremely rude and snappy. I am very disappointed. read more

We were excited to try this new spot. Got into drive through line at 9:30 PM last night, with 5 other cards ahead of us and two cars behind us when the clock struck 10. After waiting for 40 mins in the drive through we were told that at 10:09 at the window, we were past the 10 min grace period and could not be served. We were not warned that we would not be served past 10:10 but also once your in the drive through there is no way out. 40 minutes to help 5 cars is a stretch, but my suggestion is to close the drive through at 9:30 if the employees cannot be efficient enough to help who is in the drive through before 10 since there is no way to exit once we're in. Sounds like we would have been helped if we walked into the storefront at 9:55 but waiting 40 minutes in the drive through was ok to deny us service. I would like to think the drive through is a means for more business, and for it to be fast and convenient for customers, this experience was anything but that and I'm pretty sure they lost 3 customers including us that that night. read more
