The only time I go to Dairy Queen is when I want a cheesecake blizzard but after seeing a few ads on my phone I wanted food. I wanted to try the Jammin Bacon burger because I had never heard of bacon jelly, plus I wanted to see if I could tolerate the spicy sauce. On first instance I noticed that the there were no customers for it to be lunchtime. It was a clean environment. The music was clear but not too loud. Jeremiah, the cashier was very nice and patient with my decision making. The Jammin Bacon burger is a pretty big burger and it was not as hot as I thought it was going to be. The onion rings and bacon jelly really complimented the spicy sauce and burger. The French fries were too salty for my taste. The blizzard never disappoints! But to be honest I don't think it should have been 11$, especially with the small amount of bacon that it had on it. I also think it could have used some lettuce. read more

Late review. I went to this location for the first time in the summer time. It was the first time I experienced the heat in Texas. I went in and got their Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Pie Blizzard. It really helped being that the heat was just horrendous. I really cannot handle this heat. It really cooled me down and it was a temporary relief to focus on something cool and wonderful. That was delicious though. I'd buy it again but I would prefer to try other flavors just so I can have an idea. read more

Came here for dessert after dinner and was not impressed. Service was fine, but the actual ice cream was not. I got the hot coco Oreo blizzard which was very tasty, but I highly doubt it would pass the flip test when I initially got it. My sister got a dipped cone that was very unevenly coated. The picture is 5 minutes later when we were home, so I would expect some melting, but the chocolate does not look good. Ive been to Dairy Queens in Austin and all of the food they serve actually looks appealing. It just wasn't this Dairy Queen's day I guess. read more

Every time I come here they are out of cup holders I don't know who the manager is but you need to order them like today!!!!!!

I mean I have really low expectations for fast food - however this team brings a new low. Put in an ice cream order. She told us it would take time, we all understood. My niece changed her mind and wanted something else. As I was approaching the counter the fry cook, went to the back and started frying. The woman working far as I could tell - drive through, counter and ice cream told me it would be just a minute. Ok, no problem. Another guy walks to the counter fry cook comes back and takes his order. I let them complete and speak up. Their explanation was he was in the middle of an order and had to ask his wife something. Remember fry guy saw me coming and left with out explaining. (Which means if he knew the other guy was coming back then he should have expected a problem - instead he let me stand there for near 5 minutes expecting to put my $1.94 down and be gone first) So to be clear - fry guy left the counter as I was approaching - and I was the only person standing there for several minutes. Then this other guy gets his order in before me, because he had to check with his wife. That make sense to y'all? Not to me either. Frankly, I'm just grateful that I didn't order anything that fry guy would touch. Oh yeah, I saw you fry guy and we both know what you did was trash. Window/ ice cream/ counter girl appeared to be moving at three times the speed of fry guy. Managers: hire more 3x speed window girl and zero like the fry guy. read more

This was the worst! My mother and I stopped at this location on our way to the bank. We have never been there before. When we pulled up to order, the person taking orders informed us that they ran out of small cups. I asked if they are serving mediums at the small price to compensate. She hada sarcastic attitude with her reply... "No". So I finished ordering and pulled around. I asked her face to face why they weren't using the larger cup and serving the small size in it. She obviously had an attitude, but served us and charged us for the small blizzard. We drove off and midway through the blizzard, my mother finds a VERY LONG HAIR IN HER CUP!!!!! So we drove back and the girl replies "what do you want?" With and attitude again!!! Omg!!! It took all my patience and the will of God for me to not SNAP!!! I just replied... The burgers and fries are okay but I mainly come here for the desserts. I enjoy the blizzard and my husband likes the chocolate cone. My favorite blizzard is the strawberry cheesecake blizzard! This DQ had a sever Le water leak that puddles up nearly half of the area in front of the cash register. It was marked by 3 of the "caution wet floor signs ." This is a hazard to both the customer and employee. The cashier was apologetic but not her fault. The manager should be fixing these types of issues. This place always has the most amazing service. My family stops in here once in a while for a quick treat. The ice cream sundaes and blizzards are consistently yummy. The dining area is clean, but what makes me super happy is that all four of their high chairs were squeaky clean! I always seem to run into a problem every time I come to this location. Last time there wasn't any Reese's peanut butter cups. Then, there wasn't any oreos. Today, I specifically asked for extra candy mixed into my blizzard. Two bites in, I realized there were hardly any! It was all plain ice cream. Almost like they did it in spite! I am always friendly and smiling when giving the order and speaking with them. So there was no reason why I shouldn't have gotten what I requested, especially since I was willing to pay more for it. Only come here for the ice cream. The one time that I ordered food here, i was utterly disappointed. The burger tasted like it came from a microwave and the fries were bland. Also, it was not the fastest service. If you see more than three parties in line, expect a ten minute wait for your dessert. Overall, come here for the ice cream. We went around 930 last night to order a grilled chicken sandwich, burgers, and chicken strips for the fam. They told us they weren't making burgers anymore.. ok... so we still ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Got home and opened the bag with the grilled chicken sandwich and noticed the bag was ripping and the wrap around the sandwich was as well... opened it and the there was so much liquid, the bread was literally one wet lump and dripping...I wonder now if they dropped it in a sink or something.. anyway.. put it in a ziploc bag so I could take it back this morning to show a manager... when I picked up the bag from my dining room table this morning, the liquid had even leaked out of the ziploc bag and all over my table and mail.... gross.. this is def not a case of extra mayo... someone did something with our food which is upsetting cuz that could get someone sick.. this place doesn't even deserve one star. It's bad enough the prices are outrageous, they could at least train the little boys on the register. This place is awful, in the past 2 weeks we have gone to this place to get a banana split and are told we have no bannas, yet Walmart grocery is about 1 mile away if that. It is mismanaged, how do you run out of banannas especially if the grocery store is within walking distance? and there have been other instances over the years of poor foods, they recently remolded but that wont help if the management is poor. read more

Went to eat lunch today. Spent $48 to feed my family. Burgers were served so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Mine was so cold I took it back and the manager said he was going to make me a new one. Well the supposedly new burger was so hot you couldn't even touch it and it was soggy, even the veggies. I was done at this point but my daughter went up and complained about the burger . Well as the manager proceeded to say he made a fresh burger but he actually put it in a steam box on high. Not just the patty but the entire burger. Unfit to eat. So he was going to remake it, again. The new burger came out just as cold as the first one. Again unfit to eat. We eat at this DQ quiet a bit and will never go back. How hard is it to cook a hamburger patty? The last 3 times I have gotten anything from here it has been sloppy and not worth having. I have had to call or take it back only to get the same sloppy mess. I just called again and was told I could come back and get more..NO THANKS! I am tired of wasting my time and gas to get the same crap. I am moving on to somewhere else. BTW this is simply white gravy...that's it..white gravy...This place sucks and they don't seem to care. There was about eight people standing behind the counter when I went to order an ice cream, only four were actually doing anything. The ice cream was already melting by the time they gave it to us. Some of these people look shady, tattoos over their forearms and arms. I'd reduce the number of people working there, teach the ones who stay how to make an ice cream. read more

This was the worst drive through experience i have ever had. They told us to order and then half way through they said please wait. We waited for about ten minutes, finally resulting in my wife and i being late to our next thing. After that they repeated the order back to me completely wrong and we simply left.
