Dairy queen is always my favorite ice cream spot and this location is no different. There is no better dessert than a blizzard. Especially the butterfinger blizzard. I love that they are served upside down just to show how perfect the ice cream is packed in. Every bite had butterfinger mixed throughout and I really enjoyed it. It's also nice this location is open until 11pm on the weekends and when I went it was packed! Good to know that lots of people visit after 10pm for a late night sweet treat. read more

This DQ is clean and the staff is super friendly. It's a small DQ location but they really know how to get you what you need. There was a difficult customer in front of us who're his very spoiled child and they were not speaking to the ladies very nicely someone made mention to them about it but the ladies at this DQ remained professional and kind and were amazing. I highly recommend the S'mores blizzard while it's here bc it was absolutely delicious and literally S'mores in a cup. We will be back as we had fun listening to the tunes playing and even met a great couple at the table next to us. I ordered delivery. I never did a pick up through doordash ever. besides this location is 7.5 miles from my home and there is a closer one in pompano beach few minutes away. Not For Nothing, who in there right mind would use door dash to arrange a pickup and pay premium prices. i need a refund please. your arrangement with doordash will ruin your business. this is the reason for my negative experience with your location. read more

This store is only best to come to mid day when it's empty. Other than that the line is always extremely long because the high school girls that work in there do not know how to run the store. I kid you not, there was an extremely long line, only one girl was cashing and making the orders, whiles the other group of girls talked in a circle in plain sight, all of the customers were in awe. This is definitely very common at this store and I'm sure anyone that visits regularly would agree. On top of that some of them still need training on how to make orders properly. I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in ages, but my kids saw a Blizzard commercial the other day and it quickly became priority number 1. Today we stopped by the Winston Park Center branch in Coconut Creek. Since it's located in a sizable shopping center, there was lots of parking. The shop was actually on the small size and very cramped, actually too cramped when considering Covid-19. We tried to space things out but there was no way around being uncomfortably close to other patrons. We placed our order, 2 mint oreo Blizzards and a chocolate dipped strawberry. Despite the crowd, we received it in about 5 minutes. Everything was very tasty. I don't know why Dairy Queen gets such grief in their reviews. We thought it was really good! Four stars from me. The driver gets to the house in the order is wrong I then have to get in my car go to Dairy Queen and deal with the teenager who doesn't apologize for doing the order wrong And ask as if I am the problem coming in there upset that my order was wrong when you pay over $12 for a blizzard size small ticket delivered to you so you don't have to leave the house sick and then you have to leave the house to go deal with this nonsense. This location is the one that is the nearest to my house. I usually only go to DQ when there is an event or if I have a coupon. The last time I was here was actually for Cone Day, where I got the free cone but ended upgrading to a large cone and have it dipped for $2, which went to the charity they were sponsoring. I am signed up for their loyalty rewards, so every now and then I get a coupon for BOGO blizzards. So other than Cone Day, that's the only time I come to DQ. I usually end up getting the Large Brownie Core Blizzard. Other than their wide varieties of dessert (sundaes, cookies, brownies, blizzards, ice cream sandwiches, cakes, parfaits, banana splits) they have actual food. They have $5 and $6 food deals as well as combos. There menu consists of Chicken Strips, Cheeseburgers, Chicken Salad, GrillBurgers, Cheese dogs, Chicken and Waffles, and so much more. The establishment was an average cleanliness aura for a fast food joint. Overall, I personally only come to DQ for desserts, and that too when I have a coupon or a special is going on. I've never eaten the food from their menu, but who knows, maybe I will one day and update my review about that experience. I'm going to give this establishment four stars only because it's an average place that isn't too shabby with good and quick customer service. My husband and I placed an order on the app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got up to the location only to find out that the girls working here had not looked at the screen to know that there was an order. one girl was playing on her phone or talking to somebody on it while the other girl is running around doing stuff. poor customer service. read more

I keep coming back to the place and I honestly don't know why. The first time I went I ordered for pick-up, I get there and I have to wait in line for 15 minutes to be told that the machine is broken. (Which I heard is a frequent occurrence). I waited for 30-40 more minute on top of that for my PICKUP order. (Only three people working). Not to mention, when I received my blizzard after that much time, the employee had busted the bottom of the cup and decided to put another cup under it to solve the problem. It didn't help because when I was handed the cup, it was dripping all over the place. How am I suppose to drive home like that?? Tonight I came back and had the same issue with waiting. There are only two young girls working there and they were continuously going to the back. It would take them 7 minutes to make one blizzard. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:12pm, I got there at 9:20pm. I didn't leave until 10pm!! Unreal. On top of that, they messed one of my blizzards up completely. I don't understand why there is such an issue. It gets worse... My friend who is an ex-employee at this Dairy Queen told me many DISGUSTING things the owners encourage. One of them being to screw over customers when ordering a certain item on the menu. (To be specific, there is an item that is a combo that includes a sundae but most people don't know that it is included so they order an ice cream on the side. The workers are told to charge normal price on the combo with the sundae that they don't serve and the ice cream the customer orders). stopped in here with my husband about two weeks ago around 7pm and the line was outrageous. there were two teenage girls working and I use the term loosely. the prep area was a disgusting disaster and they were both just playing around while gig and commenting quite loudly to the other employe about how "high" they are and how they are going to sleep well that night. not sure if she realized how loud she was talking. it's really a shame because I live not two minutes from here and frequented this store with my family weekly. but I will definitely NOT be going back especially with my children. THIS particular DQ is one of our favorites. Scott, the owner, is usually there during the day and ALWAYS has such a positive attitude toward his customers, particularly the children. I bring my grand daughter to DQ frequently and just started to introduce my twin grand children to DQ's delights. The restaurant is clean and we always have a good time.
