I've been to this cheesecake location a few times and always had a good experience. I will say it's a smaller size than other cheesecake locations but still a decent size. I made a reservation for 7:30pm on a Saturday night and was sat immediately. Our server (I forgot her name), was super nice and quick. She greeted us pretty quickly upon sitting down and took our drink orders. Once she brought the drinks she could tell my friend and I were ready to order and took our food orders. She offered us bread but they had just ran out and she explained the bread was cooking in the oven so it might take a little while which was understandable and fine. We ended up getting our food prior to the bread being ready so we declined it. The food, omg, was amazing! My friend and I have been trying to get the viral Parmesan chicken pizza for a while and went to another cheesecake location another time and they had run out so we were so happy they had it here. I asked for an extra side of Alfredo sauce cause I like my pasta sauce and they don't put enough sauce on in my opinion. The pasta and chicken were so good though and cooked perfectly. We arrived promptly for our dinner reservation and were pleased to see that reservations are now available through the app. We requested to be seated in Sabrina's section after she made our last visit exceptional. She greeted us right away, brought waters and bread, and was attentive throughout, checking in at the right moments to take our order when we were ready. We started with the pickle fries, which have become our favorite appetizer. I decided to step outside my usual entree choice and, with Sabrina's helpful recommendation, tried the chicken parm pizza. My spouse ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta, which has also become a favorite. The food arrived hot and timely, and everything was excellent. First time visiting, stopped in for a late night bite. Found a parking spot nearby the main entrance. Was seated right away on the patio, which is large and inviting; has seating for an intimate table of two or larger parties. The bubbling water fountain is soothing and great spot for photos. I ordered the Asian Chicken Nachos and a slice of Pecan Turtle Cheesecake. Both were delicious. I was nervous the nachos might be spicy because of the listed wasabi cream but the nachos weren't. All the flavors went well and the portion, hit the spot. As it was packaged to go, I enjoyed the slice of cheesecake later at home, over the course of two more days. It was divine. I was in the mood for some cheesecake, so I thought I'd drive over to the promenade and get some. Parking was fairly easy seeing as it was an early afternoon on a Friday. This space is so nice and open. Lots of outside seating and plenty on the inside. Upon walking in I went over to the cheesecake counter to place an order because I always know what I want being a foodie. They seemed to be busy with the cheesecake orders and I was in the rush. But it got to a point where I was just standing there and not once did someone acknowledge me. No "give us a moment, we'll be right with you" nothing. The sad part is that i locked eyes with the two ladies behind the counter several times. After a while, they finished up what they were doing. And one came to take my order. She did thank me for my patience. I ended up ordering the banana cream cheesecake because I remembered it to be so good. But it turned out to be a lot different than what I remember. I remembered the cheesecake at the cheesecake factory being more of a Cakey like consistency. This was more of like that cream cheese texture. I finally made it to the Promenade in Coconut Creek to dine at The Cheesecake Factory--and it did not disappoint! The restaurant was very busy at 5 p.m., but the friendly hostess took my number and quoted about a 20-minute wait. We were given the option to dine inside or outside (we chose the indoor dining room), and the wait actually felt shorter than expected. Once inside, we were seated comfortably in a booth, and I really appreciated the lighting--it was perfect, especially for anyone with sensitive eyes. Everything on the menu looked amazing! We started with the chicken nachos platter, which was delicious and generously portioned. For our entrees, we each ordered something different, and every dish impressed. The portions were so large that we all needed to take leftovers home--definitely a plus! Of course, you can't visit without trying dessert. Choosing was tough with so many incredible cheesecake options, but we went with Adam's Cheesecake, Peanut Butter Cheesecake, and Snickers Cheesecake. Each slice was huge, rich, and absolutely worth it--we even had enough to enjoy later. Special shoutout to our waitress, Julie, who was amazing--friendly, attentive, and fun. She mentioned she's celebrating her 10-year anniversary with the company soon, which says a lot about the place. If you visit, definitely ask for her! We went to the coconut Creek restaurant several weeks ago. Both dishes Shepherds Pie and Thai salmon were delicious. on 6/20, we went back and both ordered the Thai salmon . unfortunately the chef must have been different and the food was not good. Previously, they served the salmon with a large amount of cilantro and with mashed potatoes. This time both fishes lacked the cilantro sauce and it was served with lousy rice. We were both so disappointed and even told the waitress who said she would tell the chef I think we'll stay away as this shows that cheesecake factory food is very inconsistent! read more

Great addition to the Promenade! CF has one of the better Happy Hours for a chain restaurant. I typically sit in the bar area, which can get rather busy, as it is self seating. Watch out for sharks, iykyk. Definitely a lively atmosphere. Service is usually good, but maybe not always the most attentive. Aside from HH, their menu is HUGE offering lunch and dinner options. Plenty of parking, but you make need to take a little walk depending on the area you choose. Worth a visit! read more

I have been to the Cheesecake Factory a handful of times, this is my first time at the new Coconut Creek location. Came at 6:30 on a Thursday, and we were able to be seated immediately. This location is definitely smaller than the other ones, but still relatively big. I love the more ambient lighting. Sabrina was our server and she was SO lovely. Incredibly kind, attentive, and was in such a good mood that it boosted our mood. We ended up ordering the Korean fried cauliflower, the chicken shawarma and Evelyn's favorite pasta. For dessert we took to go the very cherry chocolate Ghirardelli cheesecake and the pineapple upside down cheesecake. First and foremost, the cauliflower was gone and literally 3 minutes, despite being a large portion for an app. Absolutely perfect sized bites, a lot of places make them way too big and so they don't get crispy enough. These had the perfect amount of crisp, the most flavorful sauce, and it was served with lime and ranch which balanced everything out. I would even go out on a limb and say with some white rice, this would be the perfect entree. A fantastic start to the meal. Evelyn's favorite pasta was definitely creamier than I expected it to be, which was a pleasant surprise. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and it had a great variety of veggies. The portion? Huge. You will have leftovers. Now, the chicken shawarma. When I tell you that this is one of the best meals that I have had in my life, I mean it with the utmost sincerity. First of all, again, the portions are massive. Did I still finish it knowing that I was going to probably explode? Yes. The pita was light, airy and cooked perfectly. The chicken was seasoned and grilled in what felt like a Michelin star kind of way. It was so incredibly tasty, but all of the additions to the pita, set it over the edge. The onion, the tomato, the in-house pickled cucumber, the herbs, the garlic sauce that was served with it? Divine. I truly cannot say enough great things about this dish. I could eat it every single day for the rest of my life and never get sick of it. Anytime I go to Cheesecake Factory I always get the very cherry chocolate Ghirardelli cheesecake. I love the chocolate and cherry combination. However, this is my first time having the pineapple upside down cheesecake, and this might be my new favorite. Both cheesecakes were incredibly creamy, exploding with flavor, I love that it's not straight cheesecake and has actual cake in it. It's really makes for a wonderful textural symphony in my mouth. For me, the pineapple upside down cheesecake was just a bit lighter than the other and made for a better post heavy-meal dessert. I am so incredibly depressed that the shawarma and Korean fried cauliflower are seasonal items. I would sell half of what I own to keep them on the menu, that's how good they are. The only one thing that the Cheesecake Factory can do better is have more vegetarian-friendly options. With such a massive menu, you would think that there would be more than there actually is. With all of our food items combined, and two Fountain drinks, the total came to $93.89. I would have paid double that for this meal that's how amazing the quality, taste and portion sizes were. There was a lot of people waiting to be seated but when asked "would you like inside or outside" I just said 1st available and we were seated right away outside. Just a tip for all those people waiting 20 minutes, it was lovely out there. This one opened in November of 2023 in the Promenade. My girlfriend and I were looking for someplace close to grab dinner and drinks on a Friday night and we settled on meeting here. The night started with a 20 minute wait. Not too bad but the hostess who took my friends information did not ask for her phone number to text her so we were never called for a tables. Once we realized the mistake and brought it to their attention we were seated. This restaurant is dark and elegantly appointed but it seems smaller than the other Cheesecake Factory locations I have dined at. They have the indoor dining room, seating at the bar, and a covered sidewalk patio. Our server was Stephen and he was attentive. We started with cocktails, a Georgia Peach for me. It was very light on the alcohol as in non existent but still enjoyable except that I was paying $15 for an alcoholic cocktail with no alcohol. For my food I ordered the Bee Sting, a flat bread pizza with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, mozzarella, vodka sauce, and honey. My flat bread didn't have any honey but it was still good despite missing a key ingredient. While I was eating an employee started sweeping right next to my table, reaching under my feet, and banging the broom against the dustpan. That should be done in between customers, not when people are trying to enjoy their food and conversation. If that was the end of it I would have left this at a 3 star review. After eating I needed to use the restroom and it was filthy. There was used toilet paper all over the floor and the garbage was overflowing. The bathroom was in an unusable condition. After speaking to the manager Allie or Ally she promised to take care of it. Fifteen minutes later I went back and it was even worse. Fast food restaurants and gas stations take better care of their restrooms than this restaurant that charges well over $20 a plate. I cut the night short and skipped the cheesecake to go in search of a sanitary restroom. The icing on the cake was seeing all of the staff smoking outside behind the restaurant as I took the path to the parking garage. Yuck. This is so sad to me because the Promenade was in need of a great anchor but this isn't it. The stupid people that work here once again cost me time. I waited an extra 18 minutes past my pickup time because they made the food incorrectly. It's always extra wait time here no matter what. Nobody cares about the time that they waste for other people. There is nothing done about it. No free food, discount, water or anything. They get paid no matter what and I get screwed out of my time. It's a disgusting arrangement and only benefits the greedy restaurant that can't properly function. These corporate chains hire the lowest of people without any standard or concern for the customers. Nice modern decor but warmly lit and almost cozy, especially compared to the more garishly decorated locations; the familiar menu, everything came out quickly and perfectly except for a to go order which took a bit too long (the girl serving us might have forgotten about it for a bit); also, I've noticed both here and at the Glades/Town Centre location in West Boca that the waiters don't immediately refill your drinks anymore, which they used to do without bothering you to ask, they just did it. Prices were always a tad high and they're even up now a bit more, but the portions remain enormous. read more

I've been here a handful of times, not because I love it, but because it's a few stores down from my nail salon and it's a convenient option to have lunch. In August (my birthday month), they sent me an email to stop in for a slice of cheesecake on them. It's part of their rewards program. I had the lemon raspberry and it was delicious. Service has been good, with some visits being better than others, but that's basically any restaurant, especially when they are packed. I love the brown bread, which is actually wheat bread with oats. It's on the sweet side and very good. On a side note, I found their bread in Publix. It's not the same. The avocado eggrolls are my favorite thing on the menu. They come with a tamarind-cashew sauce on the side. This sauce is so delicious, I always ask for extra, it's that good. The Thai lettuce wraps are always a good choice and they come with three dipping sauces, including my favorite, the tamarind-cashew. The street corn is on the small plates menu and it's really good. If you like Mexican street corn, you should try this. Just pick them up and eat them like ribs. I feel the prices are kind of high, but I do like that they have lunch size portions available for many of their dishes. Cheesecake Factory is one of those places that everyone will find something appealing on the menu. They are family friendly and even have a children's menu. The waiter was attentive and gave us time to order as it was my son 13th birthday. The only bad thing was the Mac and cheese but that my daughter daily for ordering it lol. Overall service was great but one of the many cons was the music, i never been to a cheesecake factory where the music is so loud to the point where you can hear your thoughts. I ordered the fish and chips and while everything came out nice and fresh the fish lacked so much flavor. I couldnt believe there wasnt any seasoning in the batter or the fish. My mom ordered the club samdwich and said it was pretty decent. I dont live in Florida so no plans to come back but hopefully they improve for those who frequent. read more

It has low lighting, big comfy booths, and of course a giant display case of cheesecakes as soon as you walk in. The name of the restaurant may get you in the door, but it's the drool worthy cheesecakes that will make you stay! I came here for a friend's birthday. They have a wonderful reward program and offer you a free piece of any cheesecake for your birthday. Apparently when you make a reservation as a member, it also alerts staff. It was a nice surprise to be greeted by a friendly waiter who was already hype about my friend's birthday! The menu itself for dinner is a little too big for my liking. They have option ranging from tacos to pasta, pizza to Asian food, and so much more. It always makes me wonder how a kitchen can prepare such a variety while still maintaining freshness. I ordered chicken and Alfredo and wasn't impressed. It tasted similar to a microwaved dinner. That being said, the dessert made up for it!!!! We told the waiter to surprised us. Went for a dinner with a friend to catch up. I put on my name upon walking in and was told 20 minutes. My friend showed up and we still were waiting , I asked how much longer to the other host and she asked me what my phone number is. Well I was never asked for it . Apparently, it seemed a super isor or one of the managers happened to walk by and said she would sit us on a few. I requested a booth and we were sat within 5 minutes. The server brought our drinks and asked if we wanted anything else. The menu is quite large even though it's a lot of variety it takes some time to look through it . I was debating on 2 items and asked his opinion he said they are both good. I decided on ordering the steak medallions . I ordered them medium rare they came with sauteed asparagus mushrooms and cherry to potatoes in a Madeira wine sauce with mashed potatoes. They were very tender to taste and quite delicious. I also ordered the raspberry lemon drop drink. This was sweet and refreshing . My friend ordered a flat bread pizza and a drink. She went to use the restroom and said it was in bad condition. She asked for the manager a different one then the one on front , and she apologized stating the host should've done it but they are really busy. The service was just slow... when we could have probably finished in two hours if the waitress checked in more often. That way, our table could have been cleaned and ready for the next guest. Took a friend to lunch and it was great! The host greeted us immediately and took us to our booth which was very nice. Our server was there promptly to take our order. My coconut margarita was beautiful with the black salt lace rim and delicious. My Pasta Carbonara was outstanding (although wish they would bring back my favorite shrimp bistro pasta!). And the Red Velvet cheesecake was to die for! I went to Capital Grill the next day, a favorite restaurant, and must admit that I enjoyed the food at Cheesecake Factory better, for a fraction of the cost! Food is typically very good and so is the wait staff. Brunch was delicious and so was lunch. I like that you can ask for a customization- I can't eat turkey but I love a club sandwich, they sub ham for me and that's a bonus! Also if you like lemonade you must try theirs with the sugar coated glass rim, crazy good! The interior is clean and it typically is chill inside but has a nice patio feature for dining outdoors. My wife is a Loyalty member with Cheesecake factory and we have had a couple of good lunches here so we have returned. I had one of the Lunch specials today: Rigatoni with Italian sausage and mushrooms. My dish was very tasty and also had a few pieces of broccoli rabe which I also enjoy. Service at the bar is fast and friendly so we always try to find a bar seat at lunch time. The A/C works VERY WELL here, so if you order a hot meal, eat fast! read more
