It's open-air and welcoming and even has a little kids' play kitchen area upstairs. There a few tables both inside and out. The person who helped me was super helpful and friendly, but I had managed to order online while waiting for the customers ahead of me anyway. Their online portal is detailed and offered almost everything you could order in store (you'd be surprised how rare this is, especially with customizations). As for the food, I got an Oklahoma style double, bro-nions, and fries. I had ordered the sauce on the side for the burger but they forgot to give it to me, so the burger was just okay. Despite have grilled onions cooked into it, it was honestly pretty flavorless, but I had made it home by the time I realized there was no sauce in the bag and such is life. We went to Borderland this past weekend and it was even better once I saw the BBB truck there. With so many people and so much going on, when it came to what to eat, the decision was easy. We ended up going with a couple of the OG burgers, fries, and some fried cheese curds. Everything was delicious, but the hit was the fried cheese curds. My son couldn't get enough of them and I kept snacking on them when he wasn't looking. The burgers were great as always and cooked perfectly. The service was super quick even with the chaos and busyness of being at a music festival. He and his staff provided a menu and graphics for us to share with our staff. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Corey and staff! The place itself is unassuming, sharing space with a plant store/coffee shop (?). It's a counter-service, so you go to the counter to order, give them your name, and then they call it out when your order is ready. We were finally able to stop by the newly opened Burger Bros brick and mortar location. Great news since the last few times we tried to get food from them their food trucks had just sold out. It seems their new shop is doing great and we were happy we came. We ordered burgers, Oklahoma style, a fruity pebbles shake and bro-onions which are crispy onion rings made like a blooming onion. Everything was perfect and delicious. Burgers are smash burger style, thin and crispy, the Oklahoma is some thinly sliced onions cooked in the burger. Not overwhelming onion flavor but just the right amount. The burger also had sweet pickles which were a nice touch and not too sweet. The fruity pebbles shake had just enough flavor and was reminiscent of cereal and milk. The key here was they found the perfect consistency and the right straw shape so you could enjoy the right amount immediately. This spot is fast casual with indoor seating or the option to take out. It's cute, clean and inside a mixed use space. Staff was kind and helpful. We are excited to come back soon and wish them the best of luck! Finally, I got to try these burgers at the Buffalo Artisans & Flea. These burgers are soooooooo good!!!! I got the pimento cheese burger to try. On this occasion my husband ordered the Oklahoma style double burger and I had the hot honey fried chicken sandwich. The burger was the perfect combination of crispy edges and soft melty burger topped with fried onions. This was my first time trying the hot honey chicken sandwich and I was impressed by how flavorful and juicy the sandwich was. The breading was perfectly crispy and the hot honey was just the right amount of heat. This chicken sandwich was one of the best that I've had in the area and priced very reasonably at only $12. We split the bro-nions and what I liked about these is that they are actually pickled red onions that are battered and fried. Pre ordered for the pop up at 12 Gates in Williamsville. Finally got to catch them in North Towns! Pre order went smooth and a couple questions I had were answered almost instantly on their insta page. When I arrived there was a little snafu with the grill but the chef/owner let me know right away. Burgers finally arrived and they were worth the wait! Juicy crumbly meat, cheese melted to perfection, delicious friend onions and the special sauce was great. Just discovered this pop up food stand and I'm wondering where it's been all my life! Burgers are one of my favorites and sometimes I just don't want to go to a restaurant and order one or stay at home and cook it myself and this is the best /last option. It's a family run stand and everyone is very friendly and happy to have you there. They have lots of pop ups at different places so you have to follow them to see where they will be, it's kinda part of the fun... right? :) I love the super thin burgers and you can add multiples of you want, pickles usually aren't my go to on burgers but it complimented the sauce very well.
