McDonald Trump owns this place, so it's evil and should be avoided. First there is the fact that service is hit-or-miss. Secondly is the fact that I almost always get lukewarm french fries from here. Which I guess is my fault because why am I buying french fries from McDonald's.. but when you have to drive through here as much as I do you might get weak too. The third problem is that the sweet tea was watered down the most recent time. Or maybe the ice had just melted inside the big canister. Still it really sucked. And the fourth problem is that prices are higher here than a regular McDonald's because it's on the toll road. And you have to walk across a long bridge just to get to it. So all in all this is one of my least favorite McDonalds. Other than that it's perfect. read more

This McDonald's is located inside the Angola service plaza on Interstate 90 (New York State Thruway) in Angola, New York. Sadly I forget that the McD's coffee on the Canadian side is formally what Tim Horton's used to use when they used coffee from Mother Parker's and here in New York state I have no idea what they use but it most certainly isn't that because it tastes horrible in comparison. Seating is shared among the rest of the rest area while there are multiple order lines while more modernized McD's have the electronic kiosks and 2 order lines instead. read more

My god this has to be the worse McDonald's customer service I've ever had. WAIT FOR EXIT 58!! Cashier had the stupidest face when I asked for nuggets, and just stared at me blankly. We waited for twenty minutes.. long and behold our medium fries were missing. Told the manager who was basically a worker because they were short-staffed and she clearly didn't give a care in the world. "Well it's not on your order." Like HELLO?? We ordered it. It's not our fault your god awful, overworked cashier made a mistake, and we're not waiting in line behind TWELVE GROUPS of people. I always give my sympathy to overworked medium wage workers, but their attitude was trash. Wish I could give this review -1000 stars but here we are. If I could give them no stars I would, our order wasn't even close. They seemed to throw whatever they wanted in our bag. How hard can it be to put out two sausage egg McMuffins and a sausage McGriddle correctly? The woman at the counter didn't even take the order correctly. We are not vacationing and don't really want to stop so, we want our food fast but, it needs to be correct. I believe they know that people won't go back over the overpass to get it corrected so, they just do it. Oh and don't they have any cheese??? Not one we ordered with cheese came that way and she specifically put in NO AMERICAN CHEESE on both of our sausage McMuffins We're mad but, not mad enough to make them fix it and when you're talking food who wants to anyway?? Workers these days would just do something nasty to it. I wish I would've looked at their rating here before going over. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Terrible customer service and experience and was extremely expensive. Worker complains about having to get more ketchup in the back. I would not recommend this McDonalds, it is worth driving 15 more miles to a different one. read more

Monopoly... this location takes advantage of the highway system! If you want to spend $3+ for a McDouble then this is the correct spot for you! Next time I will leave the highway for a decent meal! read more
