I reached out through Facebook Messenger since calling at normal hours never seemed to happen, and Ashley was incredibly responsive and helpful in planning my kids' birthday party stop at everyone's favorite fast-food spot. I came with 23 kids on a Wednesday evening, and the staff handled our crew wonderfully. The dining room was clean, there was plenty of seating, and everything ran smoothly. We did a partial catering order and added waffle fries when we arrived -- the nugget tray, sandwiches, and fries were a huge hit! The food was hot, fresh, and the staff had plates, utensils, and plenty of sauces ready to go. The best surprise? The manager had gifts waiting for my kids, and now everyone at school apparently wants a Chick-fil-A water bottle! Going along with some of the other recent reviews, this location is simply just not great. The past few times I have been here, the line takes wayyy too long, even if hardly anyone is in line for the drive through. I also was given the wrong order again today. I have been here 2 times in the last few weeks and it's so crazy unacceptable the way they fill a large fry like this for the amount you pay. Also, this is the only chick fil a I go to where the employees aren't friendly or smile at you, or use chick fil a talking points like "my pleasure". Overall a good dining experience with three adults and two little children. We have limited experience with Chick-fil-a so each visit we try different menu choices. My crispy spicy chicken sandwich with tomatoes lettuce and pepper jack cheese was very well prepared and tasty. One in our party had an excellent Cobb salad with crispy chicken tenders and avocado lime ranch. Seasonal beverages are fun and refreshing. I recently went to the one on mile strip and because I had $100 bill that wasn't brand spanking new from the bank. They turned me away and wouldn't let me buy food. I didn't know the companies like Chick-fil-A. Don't take US currency if they don't take US currency, they don't have my business. Maybe they should take a note of that. This location can be very hit or miss. The food is either spectacular or very mediocre. The service is always quick which I can appreciate! They do tend to forget sauces when I order though, as tonight I didn't get a single sauce with my order (and I had added both honey mustard and chick fil a sauce to my mobile order) and it's not the first time this has happened. Had breakfast today, biscuit chicken sandwich, very tasty chicken and biscuit didn't fall apart. The peppermint shake very good. We had a grill chicken with egg white on English muffin. This was very good. What is very nice is the people. Having a friendly person talk with me and take my order. If the other large corporations would take this seriously there business would improve. My first time going to Chick-fil-a at a WNY location. It was morning so I got the spicy chicken biscuit and sausage egg and cheese. They were both extremely fresh tasting, and definitely better than their fast food competition. The only knock which is a big knock is their prices. 10.00 even for 2 sandwiches. Dear Chik-Fil-a please send some sort of secret shopper through this location. You are my favorite fast food and this location falls so Incredibly below your standards. It's 5 miles closer than your other (much better) locations near me so every few months we give it another try and are disappointed. 0-4 now on getting the order right. Salad dressing? You have to ask for it. Want no pickles? That apparently is impossible. Spicy sandwich or non spicy? It's up to them which one you get. So this is a new location in the area. Which I am excited for and was hoping to dine at this McKinley location soon after they opened. Which I did but only drive thru is available currently no indoor dining yet!! The parking lot was a little hectic as lines started to form from two different directions and looping around. I didn't see any signs or true right and wrong of how to line up. I only waited for 25 minutes in line, which I didn't think was that bad for only being open for a couple days I believe. The snow obviously made it difficult to manage for lines. The food was a great temperature and everything was good. As I had the deluxe grilled chicken sandwich which had decent flavor but was a little dry. (Not sure if I will order that again) My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich which he said had a great spice level and was juicy (he said he would order it again). My kids had two different nugget meals one was the grilled and the other was the normal chicken nuggets ( my kids actually liked the grilled better). I ordered both of them the lemonade and they sucked those down very quickly. Which I totally agree with bc I ordered a lemonade for myself and it was amazing!!! So the bad part of the story is only one child received a ''toy'' book when I was supposed to receive two bc I had two kids meals. So that was fun having them fight over it. Then I also ordered a total of 5 drinks for us and I only received 4. I wanted to try the sun joy which is a mix of lemonade and iced tea which I was so excited for as it is one of my favorite drinks!!! That is the one they didn't give us for our order overall I will be going there again to try some more items on the menu. I wanted to try the kale salad but also was unavailable bc of the snow and deliveries which they didn't have the available stuff to make it! I ate at Chick-fil-A today and ordered a crispy nugget meal for my partner and a grilled nugget meal for myself because I gave a gluten allegory. When we got to the window we received two crispy chicken nugget meals. I told the worker and she said that they were out of grilled chicken and asked if I could just eat the crispy one. I kindly told her about my allergy again and she said nothing and told me to pull up front and wait. We then waited about 25 minutes for the grilled nuggets and all our other food was cold. I have worked in food service and understand that sometimes things get mixed up but the employees disregard for a food allergy and attitude was very off putting. Not the first time I've had a negative experience at Chick-fil-A. Won't be returning unfortunately. read more

I have been there several times and each time the food was been COLD. The flavor was there but the food was barely like warm.

First time I visited the new Hamburg, NY, Chick-fil-a, I ended up with $600 in chick-cil-a gift certificate fraudulent charges on my credit card. After I placed my order and they ran my card to make my payment, it didn't go through. I chalked it up to it being a new store with new staff. So the young lady ran my card a second time...and that's when the fraudulent charges started. Check your credit card statement very carefully after using it at this location. read more

I drove all the way back and asked for a variety of sauces as I had asked for initially. They gave me one kind. Two trips and I still left unhappy. They did not seem apologetic either. Today June 1st I stopped by this location after a 10 hr shift. I needed something quick for my two kids and got in the drive thru, unfortunately they forgot the fries so I went inside with my kids to grab them. My daughter had kept asking for mac n cheese since we had ordered the first time but I said no bc I didn't know you guys carried them. Upon entering she saw a picture of it and asked again, so I asked if we could swap a fry for it but they said it would be an up charge and I had left my card in the car. My daughter expressed her disappointment and the young girl in blue who I assume was the manager with blonde hair stopped me and told me she would swap it. I almost started crying bc of how kind this was when I was having a really long and difficult week. I hope this doesn't get her trouble I just wanted to share how a small act of kindness turned around our week and I hope she gets rewarded for her kindness. read more
