Everyone working there genuinely looks like they like working there. They're kind and give suggestions. They understate how large everything is, but that maybe a good thing so they could up sell. It turns out it's hard to dip a cone that is beyond large (I was told it was going to be smaller which is why I ordered the L, but that's ok). The dude that took care of my cone tried real hard to cater to my needs, which made this a better experience, but if you grew up with a dipped cone, then you know the lively taste of a dipped cone. The flavor of the soft serve was good too, but it didn't have the smooth consistency I was looking for. It's hard to explain what I'm trying to say...it could've been smoother.
