When I received my order my bacon was burned and my sandwich had cheese. Also my fries looked like someone reach in my bag and grabbed a hand full cause my fries were few and far between. I can say that I've had several sandwiches made wrong here so I emphasized no cheese and I still got cheese on my sandwich. We ordered soft drinks and a frozen lemonade. The worker asked us to move up while we waited and we did so. After a longer than usual wait, he came with the soft drinks, and an iced lemonade. He said it would be an extra charge of over $1.50! My husband told him to keep the cost we had already paid and we left. We have never had such treatment at Chick Fil A! We go there weekly as a family. Last week Arlette and everyone working May 15th were flooded with elementary and middle school girls basketball team that just won their game. Whole team and parents flooded. All the staff acted with all of the fruits of the spirit. Love joy peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control. It's open for Dine In!!!!! This was a pleasant surprise as we have so missed eating at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. As always the service was friendly and efficient. Karen taking at our order was awesome and patient as I figured out what I wanted and Steve was super friendly and helpful when bringing out our food. The service through the drive-thru is actually very organized at this location. They have 2 lines where you can place your order, so you don't really see lines out to the street like the one on Causeway Blvd. Maybe I just got there at a good time. The line moved pretty quickly considering how many people were placing their orders. There was a very nice girl taking the payments from an outdoor location. She mentioned the app to me for next time so that I can earn points. I'm not a regular so it wouldn't really benefit me. The main reason for my visit was to get something quick for mom. We shared everything. The grilled chicken sandwich is always a winner. I asked for the grilled chicken nuggets and got the regular nuggets instead. That was the only negative experience. They were still good but I really wanted to try the grilled ones. I also got their new mac & cheese as part of a combo. It was really good for fast food mac & cheese. I'd get it again. We just moved to the area and Chick-fil-A is a staple in our family. This was our first experience at this location and they hit it out of the park for us! The last two years we saw things slip a lot at our old local location. This location made us feel like "home". Manners were at the Chick-fil-A standards. All things were remembered and they even remembered the sauces and kid toy. I seriously needed this good experience after a long weary moving day. There is even a light to easily get out of this plaza which is a bonus. Plenty of space for the drive thru lanes too. We will be back soon. read more

Not a friendly or positive Chick-fil-A restaurant if their Managers are going to be giving their customers attitude. Ordered around 1:40pmish on their mobile app to be delivered by doordash. After 30 mins of it being delayed I contacted the store and spoke to a female who informed me they were short staffed and it'll be ready shortly, I stated I understood and thanked her for the information. Well an hour after my order was placed I got a notice saying the store canceled it. I called to inquire info and asked to speak to the Manager on Duty. I spoke with someone named Ellie- now I'm not sure if I misspelled it because when I asked them to spell it they said with a snarky remark "its spelled short for Elizabeth" I ask her to still spell it (wanted to give her props for helping me resolve my issue of applicable) but she didnt even tell me she was putting me on hold but she did as the line was quiet for a few moments as I said hello, ended up hanging up after that awkward silence. Well, while speaking to Ellie she informed me that they weren't short staffed and have been fully staffed all day, that she isn't sure who I spoke to and no one has told her since she came on shift that any orders were canceled nor were there any shortages on staff.. I don't know if its the stress of the job or what but she sure doesn't know how to speak to customers. I asked her about the refund process and she responded with her attitude that "she doesn't know, the store hasn't said anything about any orders being canceled." Fast (as it can be), friendly service with quality (for a fast food chicken shack) food, for a reasonable price. Plus they have a kid's play area inside with air conditioning, so your kids can burn off some energy without getting heat stroke. And the best part is the play room features exceptional sound insulation, so you can't hear them screaming and meowing and whatever other weird noises my kids make. Bonus star for the totally burnt out mom with waffle fry in her hair, and -1 star for the fact that my kids lost their socks, which brought great dishonor to my family. This location is consistently "hit or miss." When they're doing a good job, they're doing a great job, and when they're lacking, they're quite lacking. Sometimes the food is very fresh and hot, while others (as on our last visit) the sandwich appeared just thrown together and the fries were not at all fresh. Customer service is always good. Mistakes are made, but most frequently by those with badges that indicate they're in training (they seem to have a lot of employee turnover). I let the mistakes go because the service is always very friendly. Pros: Atmosphere, friendly customer service, cleanliness of dining room and restrooms, great app, entertainer for children on Thursdays, fresh flowers on the table, healthy menu options. Cons: While dining in, food is often brought out in bags instead of on trays, if you need a refill or a trade in of toy for ice cream, you're often left standing at the side counter for a great deal of time before being acknowledged, great difficulty getting into the parking lot frequently. read more

I've been wanting a milkshake from one place only and after waiting a week to be able to go to Chick-Fil-A we finally went. We ordered a large chocolate milkshake through the drive thru once we were next in-line I noticed the girl outside the window had given the wrong milkshake to the person in front of us. The person in front of us had the milkshake in their vehicle for a minute before returning it. I watched the lady set the milkshake that was supposed to be mine back in the window and then give the person in front of me their milkshake. The lady inside the window grabbed the milkshake and re handed it to the girl outside the window which she then hands it to my husband who's driving. I asked her if I could get another one made because I noticed the person in front had the shake inside their vehicle. The girl tells the lady with blonde hair if she could re make me one and the lady tells her I already did in a grumpy way. I told her I'm sorry but I watched and no no you didn't. The lady then takes the shake and throws it somewhere and starts slamming stuff and mumbling something you know wasn't nice. ‍ I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure that re serving something that's been in someone's vehicle and in their hands is not safe, not sanitary and against the rules. I'm pretty sure if I remember correctly, anything that's returned doesn't get sent back out again. Correct me if I'm wrong but regardless I don't want something that a stranger had before me. This is why I go to Chick-fil-A instead of McDonald's or Wendy's. I expect better service from Chick-fil-A and I expect it with a positive attitude. This is why we pay more. #03642 read more
