They had a lot of customers for lunch and were busy serving them at tables and the bar area. The decor was well kept and spotless. You can tell they take really good care of the business. After a few minutes lookimg over the menu, we were ready to order. I selected the Pork Belly Cuban sandwich which came with their homemade chips. It was a really good lunch. Both the pork belly and sliced ham were cooked very well and plenty. I forgot what sauce they included (I believe it was chimichurri) really elevated the flavor in my opinion. Not a deal breaker, but still disappointing because from the looks of it, they had a full-service bar, which I wouldn't think a mojito would be an issue to make. And no, I wasn't asking for a mojito during a busy time when the bartender was slammed. Overall, the food tasted very good and the waterfront location was hard to beat.
