She had on a hoodie, was wearing glasses , and had a bun in her hair. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made it hard to enjoy what should have been a fun treat. The ice cream itself was decent, but the poor customer service made me not want to return. I hope management addresses this issue because no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior, whether they're working there or visiting.

I was not appreciative of the way she told me too, I'm a humiliating tone, "um we haven't accepted punch cards for four years..." Didn't need to use the plumbing, so can't comment on its existence nor condition. Gas is a few cents more per gallon than the real plazas, but if you find yourself in Youngwood with an empty tank, this is your only real choice.
