On our way home, the kids wanted Chick-fil-A. They weren't even that busy, but we stood around for 15 minutes waiting for our food. Another customer waiting for a to-go order looked just as frustrated. By the time we got our food, I had already finished a drink and gone back for a refill. ​The quality was incredibly disappointing. The fries were terrible, the chicken sandwiches were just mediocre, and the chicken wrap was mostly fillers with barely any chicken. Come on, Chick-fil-A, where is the pride? I would like to first start off by. I have already made a review on their website, but it was taken down not once but twice and I noticed some that I had read were no longer there and they were only ones that were one star. Their star rating should not be 4.5. The review that I made before had to do with greasy food and overstaffed it seemed chaotic and honestly it felt like the managers were walking around doing nothing while these 16 to 18-year-old kids are running their little butts off. Order after order came up to my window, Not once did they tell me why I was waiting. Chicken was being served to 7 other cars behind me, prior to me. What kind of strips were you pretending to prepare? Ask which employee told me this? You are not a Christian and that's your choice. Please be truthful. People in this region are genuine. 2) Fresh strips? How did the 4 cars behind me and the 3 in the mobile, get there chicken before me? 3) Your response lie, you deleted, you stated :" When you were upset that the 8 minute wait was far too long". You are one condescending person. Ask the employees. I was not upset. I just nicely asked for a refund, got it, said thank you then left. Today, I waited at least at 15 minutes at Whataburger and had zero issue. Nor was I "upset", as you put it. I was VERY cordial as I begged for my refund wanting to leave your establishment. I had spoken with 6 employees nicely asking where my order was by then. Employees kept coming up to me with others orders. After asking for my refund, a lady held a bag up, that had been sitting behind the drive thru register. 4) Fresh strips? I saw where she got the bag of supposed chicken. It was by the drive through window. It had been forgotten as I was. Show us here the time stamp where from the original order was placed? I will retract my review. You write LIES for your responses. You DO NOT CARE. ------------- Original. Do NOT use the Drive Thru at this location. In no way is this a negative reflection on the great young staff that works at your Lindale location. I went through the drive through. I was ushered to the drive thru entrance. I was asked to pull to the cones. Order after order of the cars behind me were brought to my window. After many other customers behind me, had received their orders, I was begging, nicely, for my 4 strips. I realized after about 30 minutes, the car that has been sitting in the drive through, the manager, had no intention of serving. I moved to the parking area, parked, entered, then nicely asked for a refund. I was just wanting to leave this building. I received the refund, said, "thank you" then left. The lady had a bag of something and attempted to hand it to me. I had no idea how many cars that had been in, how old whatever it was. Thankfully, I was able to leave. Surely, there is some template or training, that encourages communication. If a car, is sitting for a prolonged period of time in the drive through. My original receipt the Manager kept. This way the time stamp would not be reflected on how long I was there. Obviously, I am never returning. I cannot get chicken there. read more

The food has changed. Their chicken is just not as good. The flavor is different. The people in the drive thru are amazing. Friendly and make you feel welcome. I don't dine in so I don't know what the inside is like but I but it's clean. read more

Standing in a line of other customers, this guy that later seemed like a manager/crew leader went to a counter workstation and entered keystrokes and then discussed something with the other counter workers. It seemed like a mini-staff meeting. While customers are waiting. This looked like he wasn't concerned about the customers and he wasn't concerned about interrupting other workers filling orders. It felt like disrespect to the customers. I won't go back. If you're a local or stopping off of I-20 at US 69 near Lindale, TX for a Chic-fil-a experience, this is not the place. Someone please tell me why this is the first time I've ever been to a Chick-fil-A that will not give you fries instead of hash browns for breakfast?? I've been to Chick-fil-A's all over this state as well as others and I've ALWAYS been able to get fries instead of hash browns. The reason I was told was that the individual owners of this particular store chooses not to do it. Why I have no idea. It actually sounds kind of dumb as hell to me, but that's my opinion. This Chick-fil-a needs help. Their floors were so slippery that someone could've fallen and hurt themselves. I alerted the staff. I'd give in no stars if I could. Been months since my last visit because they screwed up big time and nothing was made right and chicken nuggets where dry. Tried a few times and then stopped coming. My sister came the other day and things where good and actually right. I thought cool I don't have to drive thirty five mine away. Well turn out I actually order and they messed it up and don't want to refund just try and remake. Went back after a few month and they had me waiting for over 20 min at curb side. Others pulling up and getting a riders even a couple large ones after me but mine never came went in and they didn't want to do a thing but recook. Our family is stoked to finally have this as an option in Lindale! I believe they have worked out most of the hiccups from when they initially opened. I came through the drive-through tonight, and I was greeted by a young lady im pretty sure her name was Annabelle. When she greeted me she was very short and impolite with me and then took my order and just was very rude. She acted like she was annoyed every time I would add something to my order.I thought Chick-fil-A employees had better manners than that.
