Insisting that the card has to show something that indicates Kent, Washington. when store staff were informed that Kroger doesn't issue individual store cards, rather it is one card for all of them... Staff were dismissive and customers were told "we are sorry that you feel that way"... Before the manager on duty immediately turned around and left. I guess this grocery outlet doesn't actually appreciate us shopping local, if this is the way that they treat us. I was really disappointed when the federal way grocery outlet closed, but thankful that there is still one in East Kent. After this interaction, I'm never shopping at this grocery outlet again.

Vanessa & her staff let you take your time and look around at all the amazing deals at your pace. The value of what we found was exactly what I was looking for! Vanessa explained the furniture is never used in someone's home but are peices that are discontinued, lightly used show room pieces and even brand new items that have been taken out the box to be showcased. I saved a HUGE chunk of money shopping here & it was exactly the couch I had been looking at for awhile at Costco. They offer white glove delivery services & always seem to have a holiday deal or featured discount going on if you walk in at the right time & are lucky. We reached out and they told us nothing could be done and they were going to talk to the rep would made the mistake. Nothing was accommodated and I had to pay last minute for a hotel for my family since there was no where for them to sleep. My biggest problem was that I was reassured by not one but two employees that my furniture would arrive on time before I inserted my card for payment. Who ever is the Owner you lost a customer and we have purchased several items from this place. The fact that there was no accommodation was very disappointing and I will be taking my business else where.

A mix of clothing from Target, Walmart, Costco, etc.. Deals are best when combined with a store promotion. I've been able to hoodies for $5, jeans for less than 10 and pajamas under $10 too. Not everything is a good deal but there are deals to be scored. There are aisles of food and drinks. I mean big aisles. They do their best to keep it organized but sometimes things may be mixed up. Be sure to check expiration dates or best by dates if that a huge deal to you. But you can find great deals on many food items here. There is an assortment of household items, cleaning supplies, health and beauty items, baby items such as diapers, lotion, wipes, food, etc. I recently purchased a NordicWare baking set for less than $50 when on Amazon it was going for over $100 and at Costco for $80. There is also an adjacent room where you cannot bring your buggy, for furniture and bigger kitchen items like refrigerators. They also offer a rewards system but for someone who doesn't always big purchases here it is slow to add up. However I love this store. There are great finds and a it's great place to stock up for cheap!
