Visited Dealz4less as it was neat to stop by a bin store. They have bins of Amazon returns (open boxed items, new items) and bins of out of season or no longer carried Target items (Cat & Jack children brand clothing, Good Fellow men's clothing, Wild Fable women's clothing and Carters Just One You baby clothing). The concept is like the Save by the Bin store (Federal Way bin store), Cheaper by the Day (Lynnwood bin store), Valley Liquidation (Tacoma grocery store) or Discount Direct (Tukwila merchandise store) where there is purchasing and reselling of items from various retailers (Amazon, Target) Overall, the concept is neat and may save you some money. Dealz4less lacks price transparency, and pricing on items not necessarily clear. Tide detergent boxes were not priced I had to ask for pricing. Clothing in the bins are not that day's bin price (unlike the other bin stores); found out after I loaded a cart full of baby clothing (all new, never returned) to find out at the register that the lady will verbally price them when you are at the cashier. This can be frustrating if you spent a great deal of time shopping as bins are not organized like a typical store. A 3 pack of Carter onesies was priced $4 at the register, original price at Target was $12 according to the tag. Target clearance for clothing is 70% off before they sell off the inventory. I ended up putting all of the clothes back because I shopped at Target enough that I would generally catch those prices. Considering the time to sort the bins and unknown pricing until you get to the register, I wouldn't recommend the business from that aspect. Will re write this review after our visit today... but the hours of operation online say 10 am to 730pm and closed thursday.. showed up at 610pm last week, and the door was locked, lights off. So before heading there today (a 45 min drive) I called the available store number, which came up as someone's personal cell, who didn't answer the 4 times I called, so I decided to text the available number, and I got a message back stating they close at 6 PM...!?!? So.. before you head to their store in kent...make sure you verify if they're open, before driving there to be super disappointed. On the other hand, my buddy told us about this store and I guess it's a super rad store, so I'll be re-writing my review after our second visit today..fingers crossed! read more

Just went in for Wednesday $2 day and was told that everything is now from $2 to $10 and they will decide the price of each item when you check out. What a joke... They already pull all the stuff worth $10 or more out and price it behind the counter. Now they want to decide the price of all the items. This isn't how stores like this are supposed to operate. Go to the one in Lynnwood instead... This place will be out of business soon enough if they don't change back to the cheaper but the day pricing model. read more

I gave the store two stars as there are five star issues to consider and one star issues to consider. If you're just looking around, and have about an hour, you're going to find yourself a good deal on something....do you need the item maybe, maybe not, but as cheap as it is, it's worth buying. Yes, you can find a deal so for that I give five stars. The main issue is staff attitude. Items along the walls are in a cardboard boxes and customers have no clue what's inside them but if you open the box, they get upset if you even try to look....do they really think people will spend money on something they don't know? Good luck with that. How about you write something on the box, stating what it is? A customer can look up the manufacturer and the product and see what is in the box with their phones. The box stays closed and your customer knows what should be in the box (yes, it may not be complete...but that's the risk being taken). The other issue is the "random pricing", I was told that certain watches were $6 and others were $10...they were about to close so I asked if the pricing will be the same the following day, they said yes. Following day comes around and my wife asked about the pricing for the same watches, she was told $10 (which were $6 the day before) and $15 (which were $10 the day before) ....my wife is african-american so I don't know if it's race related. I told the lady behind the desk that I was told the $6 and $10 the day before so then she says $5 and $12.....just seems arbitrary and is off-putting. We passed on the watches all together. They should be consistent with pricing and how they treat others. If the attitude is, "we're giving you a good price so deal with it or leave." We'll leave and not worry about going back. You need customers more so than customers need you. read more

Terrible service.. I was told I cannot open boxes but how the crap does anyone know what they have if they don't ??! They are ok. 90% junk. The girl at the counter is not very nice and seems as they don't care about their customers. They say items are 125$ when they look on Amazon but people that sell on Amazon up charge to make money when in reality the item they are selling was 25$ at Ulta target and Sephora and they are selling it for 60$ it's just over priced for everything and not worth it. Literally a lego set they were asking for 170$ and led lights for a room that are 15-30$ they were charging 70$ it's ridiculous they won't last if they keep prices that high. I feel like people at these stores are never nice and have bad attitudes I asked the girl at the counter to take out some item's because it was too much and she said "just buy it it's a great deal I bought this on Amazon for 40$ you can resale it" I said "can you take it out I can't afford that much". She then rolled her eyes and took them out. Just not good customer service. Alot of the beauty products are half used and are selling for 30$+ kinds disappointing and gross I don't mind buying used items but not beauty items. Wish they would price items better and not rely on Amazon to price but to look up the actual brand to see what they retail is you never look up prices on Amazon, eBay, poshmark ect to resell. FIRST TIME BUYERS BEWARE!!! I bought an ultrasonic machine today, and when I got home to test the machine, it burnt the bottom. So as I called the store, the guy answered the phone and said, "Who is this?" Instead of saying the company name, so definitely poor customer service. I told the guy what happened, and he said no refund and that I should have tested the machine before purchase and that they couldn't do anything about it. Imagine allowing your pre teenage child to use this product that you thought was going to be operable and then could have burnt herself or the house down. Crooks who sell TRASH. Come here if you want to get ripped off and sold items that don't work. No refunds; they will just let you exchange it for other trash, but only after first attempting to deny that the item had an issue when they sold it to you. Furthermore, they will put the defective item you returned back on the shelf to sell to someone else and hope they won't notice. I watched them test an item I was interested in purchasing and upon discovering it didn't work, they put it right back out to sell, instead of disposing of it. If you like gambling with your money, you'd be better off going to Muckleshoot for that. read more

Wow! This place is the definition of great deals! I got a blow dryer that i was going to buy for double the price literally a couple days before coming. It works great! Also staff is very friendly and do their best to make the customers happy. Definitely a store to visit and look around in. I would recommend having a bit of time to really look and see all of the different types of items in store! read more

I visited this store on 11/17/23 and it was a mess. That's not the reason I am writing this, though. There is a huge sign inside store that lists the rules. The main rule is to not open the packages. So I didn't. I bought a hand held vacuum; in its original packaging. After I brought it home I opened it only to find the hand held vacuum. The accessories that were supposed to be inside were gone. Plastic bags that once held the accessories were empty except for 4 screws in one bag. If you decide to visit I recommend opening the box and making sure everything that's supposed to be there is there. The store says to check Amazon for product info. Amazon won't tell me if the accessories have been removed. Only opening will. read more
