She told us when we are ready to check out to go to customer service and would allow us to bypass the long lines. My mom uses a walker, so it was greatly appreciated. Turns out she was the store manager... super nice lady! It's worth it to pay a little more than Walmart. Place is pretty nice inside.

Typically I'm just doing normal shopping, but today I decided to grab some food as well. Unfortunately, my experience at the Pizza Hut/food counter was really disappointing. The employee working, Jesus, was noticeably rude from the start. A mom and her daughter were ahead of us, and when she asked for popcorn, he abruptly told her to wait. When she tried to add a cheese pizza for her daughter, he responded with, "grab it and put it down then." They ended up apologizing to him before leaving, which was honestly surprising given his tone. When my boyfriend stepped up and greeted him politely, asking how he was doing, he replied, "doesn't even matter." He quickly scanned our breadsticks and gave us the total, but when we asked to add a couple more items, he said something along the lines of, "oh great, you guys aren't going to make my life any easier." He then tossed our food on the counter and told us to "have an okay f%#ing day." This was honestly shocking and not at all the level of service I've come to expect from this location. I hope this is addressed, because it really put a damper on an otherwise positive place I've trusted for years.

Brightly lit, well organized, and of course I gravitated toward the clearance racks. I was on the lookout for a rain jacket for an upcoming trip but wanted something stylish that I could wear as a layer on the airplane (I always get hot in airports and cold in planes so I have to plan layers accordingly). I found a DKNY short trench coat style black rain coat with hood, machine washable, light but water resistant, originally $75 for $40 on the clearance rack. Tried it on, loved it. (A convenient tall mirror was nearby in a column by the skincare items). Score! I will use it for years to come and it goes with everything. Long line to check out, but it moved fast. Marshalls has an automated system to announce which register is open so the staff don't have to yell "next customer!" in hopes that people are paying attention. The staff person helping me was efficient and helpful and I was overall in and out of the store in 20 minutes. I thought I'd have to find something online since my trip is coming up fast, but you never know how clothes will fit unless you try it on (jackets are less risky but still). This store also offers customers a separate counter at the rear of the store for all Amazon returns, and a Sephora as you enter.

I saw Burlington and thought it would be a good place to go. My first impression upon entry was WOW. It was bright, clean, and organized. It was my first time here. This is my 2nd Burlington I've been at. The 1st Burlington was at Ontario Mills. Funny, I was so mesmerized with the atmosphere and their merchandises (they got a little bit of everything... selections are good) that I forgot why I was here in the first place. Anyway, I perused around for a little bit. I saw a nice red heart & white flower mug and it was only $3.99. I ended up getting it to replace a mug that I recently threw away. Yay! I also picked up a nose trimmer for my hairy nose (just kidding LOL). Check-out was easy. The lady staff was pleasant. If you're wondering, I did eventually use the all gender restroom. They have two of them that require a code. However, they can only be opened by the staff members... not sure why. Maybe it is a preventive measure from shoplifting. The next time I'm at SDP, I'll have to spend a bit more time here and see what other goodies are up for grabs. See you here!

I checked the store hours and seen on Yelp that they close @10pm. To my surprise, they actually close at midnight. The lovely cashier informed me as I casually made conversation when I was paying for my stuff. She informed me that that stay open late for the holidays and go back to normal hours after. She was very warm and kind to me and she took great care of my purchase made. The selection available at this location is like at any other. Sometimes there is good stuff and sometimes there is barely anything. I think you have to be a proactive ROSS shopper to know the best deals and days to come. The only one I know of is because of my mom, she's a senior and makes it a point to go to her local Ross on Tuesday because of Ross Senior Discount Tuesdays - Ross is a discount retailer that provides people 55+ years with a 10 percent discount on Tuesdays. I LOVE ROSS for all my household and clothing needs. I always find the best shoes, boots, work clothes & shoes, purses, toys for kids and toddles, clothes for babies, etc. I also find great deals on gifts for all occasions. Anything from baby showers to weddings, literally any event! You can find something here and at a great price! This location is great ! Keep up the great work everyone !
