Sadly it seems that customer service has become non-existent, but not today... When I was making my return of an Amazon product, the young lady assisting me was not only warm and friendly, but she took the time to assist my elderly mother with her return in a way that was kind and generous with her time; assisting my mother with finding the proper return label and while remaining cheerful and friendly. My wife's response was it had not as she was there to pick it up. The store's response was it was apparently picked up by another Teresa. The store had given the already paid for merchandise to someone without checking identification or the email document that is supposed to be shown for pickup. The items were not in stock in the store. The employees response was; "Sorry about that." The store refunded the money paid. "Sorry about that" and a refund is not an adequate response. The clothes were for camp our granddaughter is going to on 07/05/2021. There is no time to reorder. The employees could have done better. They could have called other stores to check stock and gotten the items delivered. The employees did not care or want to help at all. We doubt we or our granddaughter will shop there again either in person or online.

While they have some nice,…read morediscounted prices compared to a regular Nordstrom's I typically don't find anything that I can live without. I y=usually am more apt to find something to my liking at a regular Nordstrom's but I wouldn't quite count myself as a regular shopper there either. By and large it's more of a preference thing really more than anything else. While I do love acquiring clothes...and from an observer's point of view that may look like I am not picky at all with what I get I actually am more picky than it would look. So that really has nothing to do with quality of product of service really. Just preference. Moving away from preference however is the parking to get to the cluster of stores where this store is at. It's often a tight squeeze and and very congested to navigate through here. Other driver's get mixed up at the Stop signs or simply don't care and one can risk a collision. That's why if I go to this sector of stores I park over in the main mall parking lot and get in and out from the main mall routes rather than navigating through all the pedestrians and cars. So if there is anything that causes actual frustration it's that.

Also, when I said yes and we were taking my measurements to order it, my sizing was not matching up with the manufacturer's and her and Courtney were both trying to figure it out and they told me I could buy it off the rack since we knew it fit me well. My daughter found her wedding dress here after searching at several different stores for a dress…read more They had a decent amount of dresses to try on but I would say the majority of the dresses are mid to high end (at least for our budget 1500 and up). The place was very clean and minimalistic and modern feeling. I loved the vibe. The ladies working were very sweet and helpful. Very welcoming and very helpful on all levels. We did find her dress on the clearance rack which was fantastic. The reason I took a star off is that the dress was too big on her but the gal helping made it seem like it would be a fairly easy alteration to size it down. We purchased the dress (even though on the clearance rack, still 1200.00) and took it to our alterations lady. After conferring with the alterations lady, who we have used for years and knows her stuff, we learned it is not an easy fix and what my daughter was told could be done, is nearly impossible . At any rate, the alterations that can be done will ensure that the dress is perfect for the wedding date. Just know that some alterations cannot be done and that ones that can be done are expensive. You might want to check with whoever is doing your alterations, if you have to get them done, to see what you want done, entails and what the cost is. Even though you may love the dress, it might be better to keep looking unless you have an endless budget. Overall, we are pleased with the shop and definitely recommend, just keep the above comments in mind.
