She took time to explain the difference in pricing between their costume jewelry chains and higher quality chains. Given that my pendant was very pricey to begin with it made sense to splurge for the $60+ dollar chain. It's nice though they have varieties for every type of person and they had chains as cheap as $10 so very reasonable depending what you need. Mackenzie walked me through the different silver chain options to find what would be the best fit for the pendant I brought in. I was super appreciative that she was hands-on and showed me different options so that I could pick out what looked perfect with my peace. She verified my chain length and gave more suggestions and then was able to put it all together, and it looked fabulous! It's always extra special when you have staff who are passionate about the work they do and are very helpful to their customers.
