I would give 10 stars if I could. The owner is beyond helpful. I have a ring that I love that was set with a large mother of pearl, but the stone fell out and was lost. The owner replaced the stone with a pearl that looked every better than the original. It took time and effort to find a pearl of the size and shape that fit the ring, and then he made sure the pearl was affixed so that it won't fall out. All for a reasonable price, and now my ring is more beautiful than before. Not only that, but several years ago, I bought a silver ring here that is still one of my favorite pieces of jewelry, not the least because I receive compliments on it almost every time I wear it. read more

I had a $75 quote from a silversmith in Chatsworth to replace a silver bale on a small pendant. Mo and his silversmith came up with a more practical solution and did the job for $20! My wife and I were recently in Ventura on vacation. We were on Main Street when we saw Silver Trends. My wife saw some stuff in the window and went in. Both of us were blown away by the variety of jewelry the store had to offer, especially the rang of stones and colors. My wife stayed there for a while going through what they had. She ended up walking away happy and it was not that expensive considering all the things she got (both of these things made me happy too) . Oh my gosh, this is a MUST see! This small store has soooo many beautiful things, you could spend hours looking and not see everything. The gentleman that owns the place is so very sweet, and their prices are extremely reasonable. A few days ago I went up to Solvang and saw their amber collection at the bank vault there, and priced some things. Ouch! Then I went down to Ventura county and stopped by this store.
