Absolutely wonder service! We called them on Friday due to a smell coming from our gray tank unsure how long their schedules were booked but hoping they were available before we head out on Monday. With it being Easter weekend we had our doubts about getting it done. They offered to come out Saturday morning so of course we jumped at the opportunity. I had Daisey fresh come out to clean my black tank, and 2 gray tanks. I was having issue of the gray tank for shower seemed to get filled up after one shower. I also had that same tank replaced in January for having a crack, so I thought maybe repair company has done something wrong. They cleaned the black tank well, it seemed to have a lot of old toilet paper that was stuck inside, I figured it was from the dealership as they did about 4 months of warranty work on it and must have used my toilet without using any chemicals or proper procedure for handling waste. When it came to the gray tanks, well the shower never seem to drain properly nor did the kitchen sink. There was also a horrible odor coming up from the kitchen sink, when they were supposed to be cleaning the bathroom tank. After they left my shower & kitchen sink would not drain properly, which was a new problem, after Daisy Fresh was here. I called a few times but all I got was excuses, they even blamed it saying my lines weren't plumbed properly. But they can't say something like that when they can't verify. Dana said I would have to another $75 service fee just for them to come back out, which I told them no way, forget it. I called another company RV Tank Specialist, the owner Josh came out, he took my panels off above my tanks looked at the plumbing lines, where the new gray tank was placed and verified everything was completely as it should be. He had a camera but it the lines, yes verified to he black tank was clean. The gray tank for kitchen, well that still had a build up in it of calcium. He said he couldn't see any marking to show that it was blasted clean, so couldn't say 100% that Daisy Fresh did clean it. When he put his line down the bathroom sink, holy cow the stench was horrific. He found raw sewage waste in that tank. Which would explain the reason why the shower was not draining properly. When I asked him how could raw waste even get in my tank, especially when that tank was replaced in January. He said only way that can happen is if the black tank and gray tank are both open at the same time and the line for the waste is being blasted and it would shove the waste up into the gray tank. I left Daisy Fresh a message to call me which Dana did call me back told her what was found, she said wow how could that be..Really,??? I told her I had everything on video images. She never offered me a refund nothing..Wow, another company with no integrity, what a surprise.. read more

We were in a BLACK TANK CLOGGED UP FRENZY when I called Rick at Daisy Fresh. He immediately answered the telephone, explained how their service worked, quoted the cost to come out; and then offered to be here in 90 minutes - WOW!!! Please note that any professional that works to clean-up feces is not going to be cheap. If you are looking for something under a hundred bucks, you are probably best moving on; as this is a highly specialized field and there's nobody else around to do it. Expect a fair rate for the type of services being performed - think "Plumber". I first learned of this service when I saw their truck about a year ago in our RV resort. I snapped a photo of their truck and put it in my phone directory, just in case I ever needed such a service - and boy I am glad I did this. Daisy Fresh arrived on scene to assess our clog situation; which was way worse than anyone had thought. Yep, we had the dreaded poo pyramid issue - as a result of a black tank gate valve leak; which slowly caused the liquids in our tank to always be low - thus causing the sh*t to literally pile up in the tank for the last 2 months - GROSS! We never even had a clue, nor even an odor issue - and we religiously maintain our black tanks every week. I needed my holding tanks serviced while I was in Vegas last December and Daisy Fresh had some good reviews so I called and set up an appointment. Robert is a very likable man no doubt! What I didn't like was paying before he told me that he didn't have the equipment needed to clean my gray tanks! So after the $ I spent with Daisy Fresh, I still had to find someone that could hydro-flush my gray tanks using the most modern methods of going up through the drain tubes. He flushed my black tank by going through the toliet, and after he did this I had problems with my toilet seal leaking. Because of this I cannot recommend his services. read more

Another Rv service that is so over priced. When these Rv services repeat their schpill over and over, they are shoving it down your throat,,,, no listening is going on. SHOVING A HOSE up the pipes forcibly so the sprayer goes up in the tanks made me feel it could make some damsge. You have to sign a paper releasing him of any problems that may ensue, or even if you have smells that didnt go away...before he started this so. well. Hope for the best for $ 175.00 it should be a nice surprise. But i wasnt sure if the hose was shoved up the clean gray water tank before OR AFTER he did the black tank. ???? He quickly got it done, but then he told me that I WILL NOW NEED TO fill my tanks up with Dawn soap & calgon and flush the tanks .... why didnt HE do that- for the price ???? i thought having a SERVICE come and give you Daisy Fresh it means i get Daisy Fresh without any work myself. He SHLEPPED half of it off on me to do.!! I like to help small buisness people help me. But this was another crappy equipment - dont mind showing it to the customer- get the money for much, and do less for it- kind of buisness. Heck for 2 people a week x 4 weeks = a nice $1400./ month.
