I have been going here for years now and Sara is my go to tech for my manicures. I sometimes have a color scheme in mind and she makes it look magical-like the swirling blue and green colors she did to match my jacket, the chrome pink/fascia she did to match my dress. Or, when I don't have anything in mind, she will do artwork on my nails - shamrocks for St. Patrick's Day or cute flowers in purple and pink to go with either dress I was going to wear to a wedding shower. I went here for a dip manicure. They also had to put acrylic tips to lengthen my nails and provide support for the dip. I have never had a more terrible experience. The manicure was botched and my cuticles were either not done or overdone to the point of almost bleeding. I asked for an oval shape, and got a square one. The dip was so badly done on top of everything. I kept telling the technician about the issues and she kept saying that she was no done. Well, I was. At the recommendation of my family, I made an appointment for five pedicures & manicures on Friday night. When we arrived for our appointments, the place was packed and there was no empty chairs available. One of us was able to get a pedicure, but was unable to sit with the rest of our party. The rest of my party waited over 45 minutes before we were seated, or acknowledged by staff. A simple statement would've gone a long way in this situation... be it an apology for the delay or just an update on the wait time. But no one said anything to us. I was pretty upset, as we were there as a group to celebrate and had called two days prior to make the appointment. We ended up walking out after waiting for an hour with no communication. A chunk of the nail wasn't even painted... I posted a picture- the white middle finger- Gel was not painted to my cuticle... and most of that part is jagged anyways to it looks even worse... my cuticles were not cut right, one was cut funny and hurt very badly... asked for round and had to re file a ton of them myself because they just looked awful. there is gel on my skin on a lot of fingers... there is a piece of fuzz or something under the gel that is noticeable as well as some like round dust or something on another one. Soooo disappointing. $35 for trash. And my nail tips are verrrry weak and bendable not based on the way they take off the old gel. read more

My daughter went here today for the first time. Very nice and professional. Due to COVID-19, the salon has the clear shield hanging between you and the nail technician. I got dip and couldn't decide on my color. The owner recommended a dip color that she created herself. It's called sheer white. I love it. Will go back. read more

1st time. Very disappointed when we had two appointments for a set time and they were all busy when we arrived. Clearly they just started on other customers and he kept saying pick out color, pick out color. No one tended to us so we left. Unfortunately the owner was not there. 2nd visit. Do Not use Lisa for dip nails. I said please leave the length & my natural curve. She kept saying let her do what she knows. She sanded the tops of my nails completely Flat with electric sander, then filed the sides Narrow & filed length off to Short, three dips on one hand & four dips on the other. The only place I go to get my nails done! All the employees there are so friendly and once you become a regular you are treated like family. They include you in their banter back and forth and ask you about certain details of your life you have mentioned before and it always makes me feel so welcomed! It's always so clean and inviting. Their pedicures are heavenly and they take their time with you. The different scrubs they use and the hot stones make all the difference. Their manicures are the best. I've been to numerous places and this is the only place I can get the dipping powder. So much healthier for your nails than anything else. My nails have grown stronger and longer thanks to the dipping powder. I can't rave enough about this place and will continue to come back. Not a fan since their management changed. My gel manicures barely lasted a week and the spa just doesn't feel as luxurious as it once did. I am going elsewhere now. I gave it one more shot on a Thursday prior to a wedding just because I was close by. It is Tuesday and the french gel manicure is separating from the nail already. Came in today by the appointment. I was told that there is no appointment because the person left to another state. I was aware about this situation since I stoped by the week before to fix two nails. The girl told me that she was leaving and rescheduled me with another guy and wrote a note with numbers of my colors - regular polish and gel. She told me that everything will be taken care of. So when I arrived nobody was expecting me and I was told to pick out color. When I asked the owner to look up the note the girl left, the owner very rudely said that there is no notes and to pick out color. When I asked for help to match the existing color - the owner told me to go and pick the color. So I spend another 20 min trying to find something close and I was lucky to math the regular nail polish but the gel color ended up being totally different from their sample palette. It looked close on palette. When I told the owner that this is not the color I was expecting according to their palette and showed her that it's totally different color on my nails - several shades darker and plum not pink she rudely told me that I picked the color. I paid the guy who actually did a good job. Then asked to help me to find the right color - the owner told me that they are not going to do it. I asked if she is refusing to help me and she said that everybody are busy so have this color and come next time. I'm not the only one who got into unpleasant situation - I herd how the owner was discussing another "bad" customer in front of all other customers. So I crossed the road and at Nail Studio they found the gel color and redid the gel and yes I paid another $18 for that. Since when we have to settle for not we ask and paying for but have to settle with what we are given? I'm not coming back to Paris Nails and Spa and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. read more

Clean. Friendly staff. Good manicures and pedicures. Only complaint is that when you make an appointment, you still have to wait until a spot opens to get helped. I had an appointment with my three daughters. They would start one of us and then move onto other walk in customers in between steps. This place has extremely poor customer service. The owners boyfriend Kevin is disrespectful and rude to customers. I have been a regular customer and witnessed this type of behavior demonstrated as a result I try to avoid it him. I came to get a pedicure and it was executed poorly. Poor shape. Poor polishing and my nails were uneven. I paid $38 for the service. Due to the poor results the owner asked me to come back the next day to resolve the issue. I asked her what time and she said anytime is fine. I indicated that I would be back the following day around 6. She said ok! Just come back and I will fix your pedicure and do your nails. I arrived around 6:15 the following day. I waited about 30 minutes before someone approached me to do my service. When I indicated that the owner had agreed to do my nails he said ok and walked away. Then I was very rudely approached by the owners boyfriend and told "She's done for the day. We're closed so either someone else can do your nails or you can get out because we're closed. When I said I was told him what was said yesterday he said he didn't care. The owner then retracted her statement saying she said I should come back but she didn't agree to do the service. Why in the world should I have had to comeback to get it a service that I PAID for corrected and then refused service. I will never go back to this place again. If you decide to chance it stay away from Kevin he will derail your entire experience and is a cancer to her business. read more
