BUYER,BEWARE! If I could give this place Zero stars I would. I ordered $150.00 worth of flowers & balloons to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentines, and they never arrived. I called them several times and guaranteed me they would get there, they were just running really behind. Well, they never did. Thank you for ruining the day. I called the next day & the lady apologized and refunded my money. A good business not only would've refunded my money, but send out the flowers I ordered anyways. This business deserves more than just 5 stars. I called early morning needing a floral arrangement for a funeral service. They weren't able to do a crown as you need to order those 2 weeks in advance. But they gave me other options they could do and delivery the same day. They were very helpful and professional. Love this place! Did a phone order for a delivery for Valentines Day. They gave me all the info i needed and answered all the questions i had, also gave me a confirmation number. I was worried they wouldn't deliver on time (asked that they be delivered before 11am) but they were right on time. The bouquet was beautiful, card written perfectly and the price was great! I ordered them for my dad to have them delivered to my mom and the school they both work at. My dad tried to tip the delivery boy and he politely turned him down, my dad is pushy so props to that kid lol.
