Which is sad because it's right down the street. I have a very sensitive nose. And extremely picky about drinking water. If you can't detect the mold, just ask yourself if you have any minor health issues that started when you began getting water here. The last thing our bodies need is mold.​ Look into it. There are a few water and ice businesses that have great water. This location at University and Greenfield is the worst by far.

The employee was smiling waiting for us down at the counter. We put down our big water gallons right in front of her, and she kindly greeted us. She grabbed them and rinsed every single one of them out, before she even filled them up with fresh water. We had six big water jugs to get filled, and it was 30cents per gallon to fill them up. They have regular water and they also sell alkaline water for an additional cost. The owners were there on that night, and they were both super friendly! They definitely won our business! It could NOT be controlled or monitored, but the people did their best to be courteous. All of a sudden when we were near their doors a mad lady (which seemed to be the owner) came out and was extremely nasty telling us (me in particular) to MOVE! She never said please or thank you kindly. Her facial expression was very aggressive and angry. Super irritated- MAD... When you treat your potential customers and existing customers this way, it leaves a bad impression.
