tldr; small, clean, and quiet nail salon - very relaxing experience and sweet, friendly staff. I walked in without an appointment to get a French tip hard gel manicure - prices are super affordable. I was lucky today because it wasn't busy when i walked in but they only have 3 people working so I'd recommend calling and booking an appointment before. SERVICE: 5/5 :3 The lady who did my nails today was super nice and gentle. I wish I got her name but I loved getting my nails done by her!! She was very efficient, made sure that my nails were perfect. I also got a hand massage afterwards that was so relaxing. I would definitely come again

They were very sweet!! We made a last minute appointment the day before and they were very accommodating of three people. We didn't request anyone particular but Kim took great care of us. I'm the only Vietnamese one in my party and so I spoke primarily Vietnamese to make her comfortable but she took great care to talk in English so my friends didn't feel left out!! The quality of the nails were very cute and we left feeling very satisfied with her work! It's a very quiet and cozy ambiance and the place is currently beautifully decorated for Lunar New Year.

So incredibly disappointed. I got gel x nails and less that 10 hours later the thumb came off. I went the next morning and nicely told them what happened . They fixed it and I let them know it was ok when they apologized. However, now it's 2 days later and another fell off. I am not hard on my hands either. Going to nail salon is not a luxury I get to do often. After spending so much money I am just so sad (I am not the type of person to go leave a negative review on a business but now my sister lost one this morning) read more

They took care of me, and didn't try to talk me into anything unnecessary. One of my thumbs is a bit more chunky with polish, but other than that it's good work. I have been coming here for YEARS! I refuse to go any where else. Kim and her husband Bryan are the sweetest people ever and are amazing at what they do. No mater what picture of nails I want done Kim has been able to do it no problem. I work in the medical field and usually get gel builder cuz it makes it last longer... and let me tell you they last forever. I also recently moved to Laguna Niguel and still only go to ICE. Walked in to get a removal and builder gel done. Brian was so helpful in strengthening and reshaping my nails into a more fitting shape that was done prior at a different place. We went with cat eye and I can't get over how pretty they turned out! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning! read more

I went to this nail salon for the first time today and I had a wonderful experience! It was a relaxed atmosphere that put me at ease especially with all the nail techs being so friendly! I'm sad I didn't get her name but my nail tech made an effort to get to know me like asking my name, if ive ever been to this salon before, how work was today.. those little questions sure went a long way for me! I have been coming to ICE on and off for years since they first opened. Kim has been doing hard gel manis (which last well over a month for only $5 more than regular gel) for me and I could not be more pleased. She does a wonderful job and is very friendly. They are also accommodating to walk-ins and last minute appointments, and prices are very reasonable. I am happy to call ICE my go-to nail salon read more

It's been a long time since I've been back here but I can assume that management has changed and my regular technician no longer works here. Due to COVID, the set up was placed outside, which was actually really nice and breezy. I'd like to believe I may have come on a bad day because they're really nice people. But the service was awfully slow. It took exactly 55 minutes for a pedicure with gel polish. Mind you I removed my polish at home to save time. He was hesitant on cutting my cuticles so it wasn't really satisfying. He got up a handful of times while answering the phone 3-4 times. Overall it was an OKAY experience. I would maybe come back but it's kinda overpriced...$35 for a classic gel pedicure. read more

I was apprehensive but all her reviews talked about how sweet, personable and how keen her attention to detail was. For once the people spoke truth!!! Brandy is AMAZING!!! Waxing lady bits is personal business and can be traumatizing with the wrong hedge slayer in there just rip'n up weeds like they not attached to a million nerve endings! I normally take a bottle of tea tree soothing lotion and slater it on in the car after Sugaring. I'm out of habit and forgot today so I was worried how my drive home was going to be. I worried for nothing, Brandy even did the deep breath in strong exhale moments for the tough spots without me even saying anything or asking for those pauses pre-lift. Her sugar was buttery soft and warm and she knew the right moment to change her ball. Ugh I can't stand when someone keeps trying to use a sugar ball turned cold and hard on me, that don't feel good mam, stop it!!! Not only was she clearly intuned she was thorough, she got her inspector gadget magnifying light and tweezed the rebellious kids right out. Lastly, I forgot to ask her what it was but she rub something on my skin and it simmered down so well that I didn't need to apply anything when I got home!!! Normally you have to pay for any kind of soothing cream for after care but Brandy obviously gets that it should be part of the service Plus what better way to guarantee return customer than making sure they have as comfortable of an experience as possible! One waxed everything off forgetting I was getting a play boy, and the other time the girl doing my playboy didn't do it correctly. I assumed she didn't know what a triangle playboy looked like because when she was done , it didn't look like a triangle at all. And staff gets rude when you tell them how you wanted it after not going it correctly. Not coming back to this locations again. Staff needs to be trained more. Staff also needs to confirm what kind of wax the client is getting before waxing everything off .

If you're more sensitive, ask if they have a numbing agent and pop some Motrin ample time before your appointment. My tech, Kiley was outstanding. Personable, professional and took care of the area well. I will definitely go back to her when I make another appointment.

And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. This place is beautiful, clean, bright, organized, and relaxing. There's always a manager on site that makes sure we're comfortable and taken care of. I was given a bottle of water and some magazines while I waited for my nails to dry. Customer service here is top notch and I always feel welcomed. They have a variety of nail selections that you can choose from, and also have a template of different nail shapes for you to decide. Just by walking in, you can tell this place is kept clean and organized. It tells me the people here take great pride in their work, and that is a huge plus. Although this ICE Nails & Spa is under new management, they did an excellent job for my gel manicure and pedicure especially my first time here. I felt relaxing and very pleased with the services. This place is AMAZING! It was my first time here. Amy and Pauline gave me the best nail experience I ever had. Both ladies take times with my nails and make sure I'm happy. They gave me a bottle of water when I arrived and direct me to the chair right away instead of waiting around like the other places. Pauline is the one did my gel nails design and Amy did my ingrown toe nail. They did such a great job, my nails looked great. I was so happy with my nail. Kim and her husband do an EXCEPTIONAL job at nails. She does Gel X and kills it at designs. Not many nail spots do designs.
