The manager got on the phone and told me there was not a record of the gas $42.40 for gas I purchased. She told me she would email me a receipt on their letterhead. I still have not received it. So I called back this morning (06/14/2019). I was told that I would have to pick it up. I told the woman that answered that the 'manager' has my email address and said she would email it to me. Still nothing....seems a little shady if you asked me. I have a simple request and do not understand why the customer service is so crummy.

I was surprised because a standard alignment usually doesn't take very long. It also seemed like he didn't even know whether the alignment technician was there yet. Then another employee told me they don't perform alignments on Fridays. Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays. Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of clear communication about their scheduling and availability.

He quoted…read more$150 per rim for a professional job--stripping the paint, fixing curb rash, and repainting with long-lasting gloss black paint. I paid $600 up front, I should have known when he wouldn't agree to half upfront half upon completion... What I got was my car taken for about 4 days and spray paint over damaged rims--no prep, no repairs, and not even the correct paint. The curb rash wasn't even touched. He gave me a fake shop location and dodged all accountability, telling me that he didn't want to mess up the wheels weight with metal filler... really... When I confronted him, he claimed he'd issue a partial refund and send someone later to gloss the rims properly--but I haven't heard from him since. No follow-up. No refund. Due to the deceptive practices and refusal to return my money, I'm currently exploring avenues to recover all of my money. I would not let him touch my car again with a 10 foot pole.
