I was so disappointed that we washed to simply pay for what we had consumed which was wine and appetizer. There was no apology for the long wait, no apology for not assisting with the spilled wine, and no apology for the cold food. Lastly, the food was so cold that the cheese on top of my husband's meal was not even melted. It was still shredded like it had been taken from the refrigerator. This was the first place I had suggested to celebrate my 60th - it was very unfortunate and I will not recommend or go again.

When the food finally came, the explanation was vague, something about the takeout staff shifting to another task, which only made me wonder how long the food had actually been sitting there. The takeaway here: if your pickup time has passed, don't assume they're still working on it, call and check. Being overly patient may just mean you end up bringing home cold food. Disappointing experience, especially given the price and the simple expectation of timely pickup service.
