The young man who helped me was Chris and he was so upbeat and pleasant to deal with and has great work ethics. My appointment was at 10:15 and it was done in 35 minutes. I needed an alignment and Luke came out and showed me the numbers and about 15 minutes later it was done. Make an appointment and pre order tires to what you want so that they have them there and it should be a quick appointment. The business was clean and neat. I never went into the restroom so I cannot comment about that. The truck tires were cheaper online from them, the alignment was average. The only complaint I have is that I have a lug nut socket that doesn't scratch the rim and they didn't use it. I will check the torque and check the rims. I don't think they were scratched because it's usually the younger kids that don't know how to use the air gun.

However, upon merging onto the highway, I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel and a slight vibration in the floorboard, prompting me to contact them immediately. I inquired of the representative at Goodyear if anyone had test driven my car after they put the new tires on the vehicle. He stated no , they actually did not. They just pulled it out of the bay into the parking spot . He suggested that the tire vibration was normal as I purchased a budget tire and they had originally recommended a more expensive tire that would be quieter. I explained they were the same brand and specific type Kelly Edge that I had previously had on the vehicle. He then proceeded to state that the weights may not have been installed in the tires and requested that I return to the facility. I accordingly drove back downtown, and after a 45-minute wait, my vehicle was returned to me. I was informed that an issue had occurred, causing the weights to fall out of the front tire and one out of the rear tire, and I was assured that the issue was now resolved. However, upon approaching the highway again, I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel and a different type of vibration, accompanied by a more pronounced vibration at the accelerator pedal.

Very poor customer service. Person checking in customers had bad attitude and no compassion or communication with his customers he over promised so most were upset. I paid, he handed me the keys and I left since I was so late already. Apparently he needed me to sign something but never said so?! When I called back for receipt later, 10 min before they close, he put me on hold for 28 min and never came back on the line. When I tried calling back they were closed. I wasn't sure what this was so I looked it up online and asked them to look in both the trunk and the glove compartment. They proceeded to say we already looked very hard to find it. You need to buy one. Not only did I have to drive 30 minutes to the dealship to get one, when I personally looked in the glove compartment, it was sitting right there. Long story short do not count on dependableness or attentiveness when coming to this location
