Her private salon creates such a calm and peaceful environment -- which is especially important for my two senior dogs, Hope and Skylar. I have been using her for over 3 years now, and my sister has been using her for even longer. Michelle treated both of them with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love. Skylar has hip dysplasia, and Michelle was so careful and attentive with her. She did an amazing job de-shedding Skylar while still being mindful of her comfort and mobility. That meant so much to me. Both girls came home looking absolutely beautiful. And for Christmas, Michelle even put the sweetest "Christmas Cookie" perfume on them -- such a thoughtful, festive touch! The message I sent was simply being polite and trusting your work. It does not mean I approved the haircut or agreed to the length. Once I saw the final result in person, it was clear that her hair was cut much shorter than requested and is so UNEVEN, uneven. It is now being explained as my baby "not having enough hair," which contradicts what was said before the grooming started. This is why I am disappointed and chose to share my honest experience. which is why I am disappointed. Two big issues one she changed the price when someone different goes to pick up dog. Talked to Michelle on the phone to get all possible prices. When my partner picked up our dog she came up with a different price after complaining her next client didn't show up. Two the haircut is so uneven I should have look at the uneven reviews because that is very accurate. Would suggest to check her work cause she will skip over areas and expect to need to touch up pet when you get home. read more

What a difference! Michelle really did a great job grooming my schnauzers! The cut was excellent but what I liked even more was how relaxed my boys were. I give two stars only because Michelle is fantastic. Very kind and loving with our boys. She did also clean their ears, file their nails, extract their glands, which is great and the dogs smell fantastically clean. The issue comes with the quality of the haircut itself. Their legs are not even consistently the same length. There are choppy cuts all over their chest and their ears and tail hair have been cut even though I requested to leave those long. I did also share photos of what we like their cuts to be like and it doesn't look like they were referenced at all. I really wish I could rate higher, but unfortunately the hair cuts just are not good. I will be looking elsewhere for their future grooms. read more

I was happy to find a groomer that worked out of their home. I thought my cat Alex would be treated well. And she got us in that day. She was very nice and I felt confident leaving Alex with her. She said she had nearly 25 years in the business. I told her I just wanted a trim and to get some knots outs. She did explain that she might have to trim Alex a little more if the knots were too deep. When I went to pick Alex up I could hardly recognize him. She even cut his wiskers, which almost everyone knows no to do. But she said she didn't know that and she let me know my cat ALEX was only the 3rd. cat she had trimmed. When I got home with Alex last Friday 10/7 my other cat no longer recognized him and keeps trying to attack him. My cat spend the first few day back home hiding in the back of the closet. He wouldn't let anyone touch him. He couldn't even meow for the first few days home. He tried but it would hardly come out. He has a very loud meow and uses it when he wants someone, but not yet. She did offer my money back, and I should have taken it. But i still felt like she needed to be paid for here time anyway. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to say how Wonderful Michelle was with our dog. We have an elderly, disabled Aussie who can not stand for any length of time. Michelle came to our home, got down on the floor and brushed her for probably 45 minutes, then got into the shower with her for bathing and then drying. She trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears, and the whole time was comforting and soothing. I am not certain how much time our baby girl has left but Michelle will be the only one grooming her in that time. I HIGHLY recommend her services. read more

I ued perfect pet in the past and she did a great job. When I tried to go back to her for my second visit, she was extremely hard to get ahold of took hours upon hours and then did even respond to my 1st then the next day for any further communication. Each response took longer and longer. Finally she told me a time was available. But then wouldn't respond to my messages about wanting to accept the available spot. I sent three separate messages and then eventually called because the time slot was beginning to approach. Finally, my wife called her to see if everything was still on track.As I had not been able to reach her and my wife's number she would not recognize. She did not answer, but immediately called her back Claiming the spot had been filled since the day before with two large dogs and she did not have time to take our small dog. This is a blatant lie.Because she had let me know at noon.To day.That the spot was available at six p m this evening. I strongly do not recommend this groomer because of her terrible communication and the fact she is a liar. read more
