I choose Pierre's for grooming my two pugs after much research in the central and north Dallas areas. Their prices are a bit lower than others and I LOVE that they offer Dremel nail service, which is perfect for dogs with long quicks. That confirmed my decision to try this place. It has been a challenge finding anyone who can trim one of my pug's long quicks without hurting him, so I was excited. I dropped the pugs off at 1pm and they were ready around 4:45pm on a Friday (they recently changed grooming services to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). The pugs were happy upon pickup and continued throughout the evening as well as smelled pleasant. Their nails looked amazing, and no bleeding occurred. The groomer even showed me her Dremel tool and the safety feature on it to protect dogs' nails. It is always a concerning risk to try a new groomer for various reasons, and I'm so glad I chose Pierre's. I also like that I only needed to show updated rabies vaccinations and not additional shots like many places require simply for grooming. The owner Jobbi managed the phones from the first time I called about pricing and services to scheduling to picking up the pugs. He is extremely friendly and conversational; I never felt rushed. I love Pierre's Dog House! And most importantly, my dog Baylie loves it too! She's been going to daycare at Pierre's since April. She is always so excited when we pull up and exhausted when we get home. The team is so friendly and will even give you updates on how your dog is doing. They really care about the dogs and I love that she isn't in a cage all day. Today she tried the grooming service and she looks so adorable! They did such a great job with her cut!! To top it off they had her in the cutest bows and bandana when I pick her up. Plus she smelled like jelly beans. My little diva was thrilled with her cut. Pierre's Dog House is fabulous to our Rescue Dog Lilley who is 14 years old. She always wags her tail when they assist her to the facility (dog house :)) and she is happy when I pick her up. Wow is all I can say about this place. I dropped my 6 mo old goldendoodle off for the bath works thinking I would get to pick her up in an hour or two but three passed so I called to check and they informed me that she got so scared of the blow dryer that she went to the bathroom on the table and they had to rebathe her... twice... I went back to pick her up so embarrassed thinking I would need to pay for two bathes and they were SO NICE about it. They said it happens and didn't charge me any extra and actually added more services like cutting the hair around her eyes for free. They added a cute bow and she was so happy and cute at the end. Howl LOVES daycare days at Pierre's! Sometimes, he's even too excited to eat his breakfast in anticipation. He barely turns around when I drop him off, eager to play with the other dogs. Jobbi and Carrie do a great job with him, they are very patient and are great about communicating with me. The cage-free space is awesome - Howl's a big pup (80 lbs) so knowing that he doesn't get enclosed was a huge plus for us. He always comes home tired and happy. We've also boarded him at Pierre's for extended weekends, and I always feel safe leaving him there knowing there's always someone to look our for him. I always get updates, and I'll even get the occasional pictures to show me how well he's doing. Finally, the space always smells great! Not like some other pet daycares or the vet. He never comes home stinky. Additionally, the outdoor turf also helps to prevent him from getting extra dirty. Should you need some extra cleaning, Carrie gives them baths and has done a great job with Howl. Highly recommend this spot! They offer packages for those who bring their pups often, they are so worth it! read more

We started bringing our little mini Goldendoodle puppy here when he was 4 months old and he seems to really love it! He's always jumping and pulling on the leash, eager to get inside to Jobbi and the other dogs. It's always a nice quick process to check in and out which is very helpful for busy schedules. Before we could start leaving him there for daycare, Jobbi took him back to observe how he is with other dogs. I'm glad they check for this. He now goes to daycare nearly every weekday. They also offer grooming now- we tried it out and were very pleased. It was super convenient because it was a part of his daycare time. This is much better than having to leave him in a kennel all day at the groomers while he waits his turn. He came out super cute and they followed my requests on style. They are also pretty tech forward- with an simple Square payment system and a video camera doorbell that makes it easy for Jobbi to know which dog to bring out. I hope they add cameras soon so we can also check in on our dogs throughout the day! read more

My four month old golden retriever has been going here for daycare pretty much every weekday. He loves going and is so excited when I drop him off in the morning. He comes home worn out every day, which is great after work. Facilities are open with no cages/kennels. Outdoor area is all turf so he doesn't come home dirty. Staff is also great! They will meet you outside for drop off or have your dog waiting for pick up if you call ahead. It is also conveniently located between Inwood Village and Love Field Airport. My dogs LOVE Pierre's Dog House (this says a lot because they are very picky)! PDH knows and cares about each individual dog and is so quick and easy to work with our scheduling needs. Now that they offer grooming, the search for a great groomer that your dog loves is over! The days of dragging my dogs by the leashes to get them to walk into a hair appointment are long gone now we get it done at Pierres! My dogs are always super clean, cute, and smell great after getting groomed at PDH. I'm so thankful for Pierres dog house!
