I was delayed in Galveston for an extra 3 days. Phoned Wags informed of situation, they extended the dates and provided extra food as I prepared enough and one extra meal. Every single time I tried to schedule a groom or boarding, there were issues. What should have been a simple process turned into a drawn-out, frustrating experience with poor communication and no clear answers. To make things worse, after multiple attempts to get something scheduled, they claimed they "didn't like my tone" and refused to allow me to make a reservation at all. I've never experienced anything like that. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or help a customer, they chose to shut the door completely. Customer service is where they completely fall apart. Responses are slow, often rude or dismissive, and there's zero sense of urgency or accountability. It genuinely feels like they don't value their customers. At this point, it's hard to tell if they even care about having customers at all, let alone new ones. Do yourself a favor and avoid 2nd Family Dog at all costs. There are plenty of other businesses out there that will treat you with respect and actually make the process easy.

He always looked horrible for the first couple weeks until it grew back in and got curly and cute again. So once in Dallas, we found pooch patio. They gave him the best haircut he's ever had. They made him so soft and fluffy. They left his hair with a good length still. He's cute immediately after haircut now. Best groomer weve ever used. The other amazing thing is they open at 6am and are open until 8pm. I have to get to work quite early and I can still drop him off before work and pick him up, even after a late day.
