Awesome experience working with Dallas Curb Painting. Travis was in touch very quickly after I contacted him through the website. We wanted the Texas Tech logo the previous homeowner painted on the curb replaced with a custom Chicago Blackhawks logo. We decided on a logo and Travis sent me photos of the stencil. When they arrived at our house, Travis pointed out that our curb number was off-center of our sidewalk by quite a bit. He suggested extending the paint and having logos on each side of the number. Incredibly un-professional. Wasted my time. Great website, horrible service. Made an appointment, put off doing other things on a Saturday waiting for them. They pulled a No-Show without even a courtesy call, email or text. I called & left a vm for Travis in the middle of my appointment window. Heard nothing back. I emailed Travis an hour after my window & received a voicemail from Travis' business partner an hour later full of excuses amounting to "we lost track of time with a more important customer". read more

Our neighborhood Facebook group got in touch with Dallas Curb Painting to paint curbs in our area. There were over 100 houses (I'm not sure of the exact number) that responded to the post in our group. There were some weather delays, but that is to be expected with painting outside in the spring. These guys have really worked hard to get the numbers painted. And this isn't an easy every house with the exact same curb number type of job. I know there were several custom curbs along with the normal curb numbers that were painted. Not to mention it was hit and miss as to how many houses on one street were getting painted. Travis was very communicative with any delays and where they stood as the project progressed. I am very happy with the work that has been completed and I love seeing the freshly painted curbs! I have neighbors who don't have Facebook or are not part of our neighborhood page, and they have all been asking for DCP's number. First off, let me just say this 5 star review didn't go unearned. Travis did amazing work with what I wanted done. I live in Carrollton and he had no problem getting out to me for the job in a short manner of time. Came out on a Saturday after I had called Wednesday. Even though I wasn't there when he did the job, my father was to oversee the design and stencils Travis had brought with him to show before he started. My father is a hard man to please. I knew it was a job well done even before I saw the outcome hearing from my father that he tipped him when the job was done. This isn't your usual curb painter. I had even requested college logos that weren't yet in his repertoire, and he managed to custom design logos for both that not only worked well individually, but also hand in hand with each other, matching styles and sizing well (one on each side of my address). Travis was great. I couldn't find anyone to come do just my house. Everyone I called wanted several homes. I was having a party and really needed the curb painted! Travis said he would be there at 1:30, then I called him around 1:45 and he said it would be 4:30, and the actual time was more like 6pm. I texted them this morning and they said they could do it today--three curbs at my house. I prepaid online (I rarely do that--too risky) and when I got home from work the curbs were not done. I texted them again, got an immediate response saying they were just down the street. They came to my door about 10 minutes later, and finished the job in about 20 minutes or so.
