I had been talking about getting my LTC for a while now but I honestly didn't know when and how to start. So seeing this opportunity I instantly bought My ticket and waited anxiously. A little nervous because I've only shot a gun once, one time and no proper training. I wanted to be able to use a gun and protect myself when I needed too. In January 2020 someone tried to break into my home. I knew I needed a gun and training. When the class arrived we were all greeted and made feel welcome. The information Trent gave to us was very valuable. I really liked the way he was very calm and confidence in everything he said. He answered all the questions we had. Len warmly greeted us. A great friend got me interested in becoming a member. Len generously offered us a NOS then we got to brass tacks. I filled out the form and took the verbal test. Len then went out of his way to give us a pistol tutorial on moving targets as well as transitions. He got my transitions between targets way down to competition level...in under 7 minutes. Whut?!YEAH! Bob kindly got me trained up for the rifle range. Kapow! Was hitting 300. Easy peasy. Where'd the time go? Uhoh. Times up. Gotta run...obligations. Dinners w/ IG models are ze only reason I cut short my fun under sun. Am I right, ladies? Next time, I'll try qualifying for the 400 by hitting 300 x 3. No misses. Witnessed. Will be back!
