We…read morecontacted a few places to get repair quotes for a few chips, cracks, a wide/warped seam, and we also wanted to get the counter re-sealed. Chris, the owner, was very responsive and friendly. His quote was slightly lower but quite similar to the other companies who responded, and we decided to go with him based on the price, his responsiveness, and the reviews on here (particularly the previous review with the seam repair, as the "before" seam looked exactly like ours!). Scheduling was straightforward and we were able to get our ideal day/time the following week. Two guys arrived on time and they got to work right away to fix all of the issues. They were here for quite awhile, and worked really hard to get everything looking great. The seam is now closed up and is MUCH less obvious. The two stone pieces were also uneven, with one jutting out past the other, and they completely fixed it- you would never know! The cracks and chips are all sealed and barely visible, and we haven't had any issues with the counters since their visit. Chris sent us a link before our visit so that we could pay by credit card at the end of the visit (otherwise we could have paid by cash or check). Overall, two thumbs up and we will definitely be calling them in the future if we have any issues with our counters!

Most of the time you will have to hit the self checkout lines (because they don't have any cashiers working). This can be especially annoying when one of them is down and one is card only. You will be at the mercy of how quickly the rest of the customers can check out. Of course, when I went around noon on a Wednesday, most of the people using the self checkout have probably never used a computer. The 'register monitor' just kind of stood in the middle of the floor, refusing to assist in any way. Maybe it was a source of entertainment for her and helped her to pass the slow Wednesday afternoon.

The delivery itself was more challenging than expected, and both 10-feet sheets of glass needed to be taken up 4 flights of stairs as opposed to the elevator. The Hodges team (Bob, Matt, and John) assessed the situation right away, figured out a plan, and was extremely careful and cautious while handling the glass through the stairwell. Once in the desired space, they cleaned up the glass and carefully put it in place. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding results. They worked tirelessly to ensure the glass was delivered safely and carefully, and truly exceeded all of our expectations. The Branch Manager, Kevin Burns, is an enabler to some of his more.. verbose employees. One in particular, is a man named Rick. And Rick was born without a respect filter for his mouth. He is incredibly disrespectful and condescending. I made calls there and on two occasions, he didn't properly put me on hold and I heard him not only disrespect a colleague asking a simple question, but also berated me while not realizing I could hear every word. Picking up items was also a taxing chore. Last year, there were these two men there that made my pickups very easy. Now there's some woman there who refuses to work and I heard her complain and say she would get the other guys to do her job for her. Luckily it was the short bald guy who actually did his job that I was cool with but now he's not working there anymore. I have since left previous employer and have NO intention of ever shopping there again until new and more competent management take over. I also have told quite a number of people about them and they will also take their business elsewhere. Please avoid this garbage store
