Stay away from this company. I thought I'm going to a professional company; it turns out to be nightmare to work with them. They tore up the whole house. They try to convince me that they are professional in building showers and installing tile and flooring. End up damaging all my house. And leaks came down to the basement. They installed a garbage piece of wood under the shower with no support underneath, I am glad I caught it before they installed the tile, or the shower floor will break as soon as you walk on it. All the tile uneven, they never used leveling clips I had to take all the tile out. They charged me 75% down. And I had to stop them and when I ask for refund. The owner went and changed the invoice, and he raised the price of everything and told me we don't owe you anything. Scam company don't waste your money with them. They are asking for 75% down because they don't know what they are doing. read more

I called and scheduled an in home estimate. No one bothered to show up, called several times no answer, when I did get through was placed on hold and then they hung up. Left messages and no return call. Called the next day and still no answer. It must be nice to be so busy you don't need to show up or return a call to a potential customer. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! THE WORST!!! NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!! WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT FINISHING THE FLOORS!! We decided to get our floors from here after the owner came to our house to give us a quote because they reassured me of a couple things. We had uneven original old hardwoods that disgusted me. The hardwoods were very unlevel that all of my kitchen chairs were "tippy" and would rock depending which way you sat. He said I just needed felt pads, my answer was FIX MY FLOORS SO THEY ARE LEVEL!! Told me that they would time install date around the rest of the kitchen remodel. He gave us two quotes: to float the LVT over hardwoods and he other was to rip them out. I wanted and repeatedly said they needed to be ripped out. He ASSURED me that it's best to float over because the future homeowner will want those hardwoods. He ASSURED me that I won't have "tippy" chairs. The result....was late by over a week to get the LVT, didn't order enough, never finished the job (still no transition pieces), we have 3 bumps in the floor (in frequently walked areas), 6 "tippy" chairs, and they charged us almost double. It was almost twice as much to rip out the floors than what they actually did which was float over. This project started back in January and now it's July. I just want my floors fixed correctly and finished. read more

AVOID Dalton Flooring Gallery. They don't even know what they have in stock! I walked into their showroom and told them I can only consider hardwood flooring that is in-stock. We have a deadline and I need to choose an in-stock floor. Before I left, I asked them to double check that the floor I was looking at was in-stock. I was again assured that it was. Three days later, I get an email telling me that the in-stock hardwood floor is backordered until October 31st! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I already have an installer lined up for the 12th! This is after I was told that their install costs were between $2 and $2.50 a sq.ft. The install quote I received was $3.50 a sq.ft. I was told that they did just give me a ball park quote! HOLY COW! Don't even step in the front door of their showroom. They do not know what they are doing. read more

I was playing hookie from work and discovered this place by accident that has everything for flooring and the customer service is above excellent it is exceptional I really appreciate being treated genuinely not full of excuses as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Rahen such a lovely person who greeted me with a smile & eye contact then it was on everyone was lovely & eager to help I'm sending everyone here especially all of the contractors that I know !!!! read more

We visited Dalton Flooring Gallery and we were met by Martha, the very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales person. She asked us what we were looking for and expertly guided us to exactly the products we had in mind. We made our selections and she arranged to have our Marietta, Georgia townhome measured. That same evening Emad came out and measured and answered all of our many questions. He was so knowledgeable of the products we had chosen that we felt completely confident that we had picked the right flooring store. We were able to bring the whole job in within our budget and felt the pricing was very fair. Our entire first floor was completed with beautiful wood look vinyl planking and upstairs with carpeting. Both installation teams were courteous, friendly, neat and did a wonderful job. Martha kept in touch with us through the entire process to make sure things were going smoothly and that we were happy.
