When I callEd after receiving the order they told me because it's an item they no longer carry. They do not accept returns on it. So because the items a piece of junk and they no longer sell it. They'll stick it to whoever is dumb enough to buy it and then that person stuck with a tray that is completely useless. I even tried to reason with them and ask for a discount on a future item just to give me something to grab onto because the trays cost me over $200 and I got zero use out of them. They said that is not their policy. And just to be clear, I write good reviews as well, I don't only wait until something is bad to get online and express my experience.

With that blurb out of the way, this place was a welcome find (even if I had to drive over an hour and a half to get here) because I am a scrubs fashionista, and this place was able to provide me only the best is scrub couture. The prices are good (considering how pricey the NE can be), the selection is diverse and how this shop came to be is really heartening. The owner and his wife, who is a nurse, decided to open up Berkshire Scrubs because there wasn't a store that sold scrubs, basic medical supplies, nurse clogs/stethoscopes etc that wasn't an hour or so drive to Holyoak. According to an article from the Berkshire Eagle back in 2015, the medical sector is the fastest growing industry in Berkshire county. I'm hoping the residents are taking advantage of this awesome little gem, because ordering scrubs online can be a big gamble. I definitely recommend this place, and know I'll probably be back here in the future :)
