He really thought about his approach and took his time stitching both areas that were close to each other to minimalize the scarring. I remember him going back and forth from one side of the table to the other to really look at the area as he proceeded, he was meticulous. He also was very calming, talking to me as he worked. No one can detect the scar even after I point it out. About a year later, I had Moh's surgery again for a area on my nose. This time I needed a graft (gulp). It got worse. She asked me to come back in to meet w Dr.Samaha. I took off work and drove an hr in traffic and he couldn't be bothered to show up, I guess . I was told he would call me and he never did. How dare any Doctor ignore a patient of their practice like that. Extremely unprofessional I was told I need cheek fillers and that's why I look so bad. my eyelids didn't do this naturally. This is your mistake. You killed the muscle and caused my eyelids to sag . I was never offered a refund. I had to cancel my first vacation in 11 yrs bc it looks so bad. Furthermore, I asked for my medical records, signed the release, emailed and called and they refuse to release them to me. This was may 16th 2023 that i requested them. It is now June 9th and i have not received them. So I can't even get another Doctor to look at this and see what was done. For 5 years they were great ,but this is unacceptable. I still look half asleep and 5 yrs older than I did. No apologies, no compensation, and my next step is to seek legal advice.
