I get cryotherapy very regularly at other businesses. This will be my first and last time going here. The owner and son are extremely rude. They could not care less about the customers. I was in extreme pain from this burn. The response from the owner .. "This sort of thing happens sometimes" What happened to my leg is NOT supposed to happen. He was extremely clean and thorough. I told Rob what my experience with fillers were and he explained his personal approach. I have been around a lot of injectors and he has skilled hands! Rob explained all the types of injectables and their effects, I went with Botox. He used about 10 units less than I'm used to getting which was great. I opted to get an IV added on to my services. I'm really glad I did. I felt 100% better the whole week and I want to start making it a regular thing. It's so nice to have someone come to me during my busy work days so I'm not scrambling to find parking or rush out of the house on my break. Rob was attentive, incredibly nice and warm.
