Our company, of about 10 of us, did the tour and tasting and our tour guide Jake was fantastic. We enjoyed learning about the history of the company and his humor throughout the tour. Also, he answered any curveball questions we threw at him. The staff at the bar walked us through the flight and were able to educate us on all of their products. They start on the hour and we arrived to late to join a tour and due to time constraints could not wait until the next one. Luckily we were still able to do the tasting for $18 per person ( same price as the tour and tasting!) and absolutely worth it!! We had Keely as our guide through the tasting and she was amazing! There was another bartender as well, Kalani ( spelling?) and the two of them worked amazingly together making sure everyone sitting at the bar was taken care of. The tasting included 6 and they allow you additional as well so you can try others you didn't get or just get another of the ones you enjoyed. All were really good with that smooth whiskey burn that warms from the inside out well being full of flavors! We had a hard time picking out which bottle to buy since we enjoyed them all but finally settled on one and headed to our event. Absolutely put this on the list if you are in Chattanooga!! Despite clearly being short staffed and having a busy night - we were greeted almost immediately and encouraged to help ourselves to a seat. We sat at a table away from the bar (only one available) and a server came by to take our drink order. Before he could return, another employee - who was running food to another table - immediately came over to us after to see if we wanted to order food (which we did!). She took our order, then the drinks arrived and before we knew it the food was out and was incredible! The menu is quite limited - and even more so when you one of you doesn't eat meat - and yet we were able to make a meal out of 2 caesar salads, the hummus plate and the deviled eggs. And don't even get me started on the cocktails! We started with a Manhattan and an Espresso Martini that were perfectly crafted. The ice was crystal clear, check out the pictures! It made an already excellent Old Fashioned absolutely perfect.
