Let me start by saying this place is very clean and spacious. They even have a little arcade area in the back, which I thought was a nice touch. The service was good, and the young man who helped me was very patient and kind. Now, onto the food. I ordered the 12-inch pizza, which is advertised as feeding 2-3 people. I assumed the slices would be similar in size to the pizza slices displayed in the tray, but unfortunately, they weren't. The pizza sauce wasn't my favorite, and the dough was extremely thin, so the pizza just wasn't very filling for me. Looking back, I probably should have ordered one of the larger pie slices from the tray, especially since they come with sides. Overall, the experience was okay, but I don't think I would order the 12-inch pizza again. read more

We walked in here on an early Friday evening and went directly downstairs and sat at the bar. The bar was fully staffed and fully stocked. Started with a couple craft drafts. I used to enjoy eating here, however it seems to have gone downhill. First of all, both pizzas I ordered had almost no sauce at all on them. Most of the pizza just seemed like cheese bread rather than pizza as you had no taste of sauce at all and it was dry while eating it. The other issue was I ordered a pizza with a few toppings, but one was missing. Not only was one ingredient missing, but all were quite sparse. It's a shame because their ingredients are decent, but you have to actually put them on the pizza... My boyfriend's sister recommended Goodfellas in Chattanooga and I'm so glad we went. The basement bar is a hidden gem total old-school speakeasy/Prohibition vibes with the dim lighting and brick walls. We came with a group of 5 and all got our drinks super fast, which honestly impressed me. The drinks are legit craft cocktails, and yes... we ordered a round of Irish Car Bombs and they were sooo good. My boyfriend's sister and her husband got the pesto breadsticks and they were delicious. The space is super cozy and romantic, plus they have a pool table and games which makes it fun without killing the vibe. Our bartender was amazing. How have I not put out a review for Goodfellas yet?! We discovered it when we first came to Chattanooga to explore moving here in the spring of 2024. It became one of our favorite haunts as we were building and have since turned our new neighbors on to it after moving here in the Spring of 2025! The pizza is classic New York style crust and their specialty pizzas are excellent! The Buffalo Chicken breadsticks are to die for. All that said, the biggest reason we frequent Goodfellas is the 21 & up only bar downstairs. Before I go further with this, it is a family friendly place with ample seating and a game room area upstairs. However, if you are an adult only group, head down to the coolest bar in Chatt! Styled like a1920's speakeasy it has a huge, u-shaped bar, with a whiskey selection so large you could try a different whisky/whiskey/bourbon every day and probably still not try them all over the course of a year or more! They also have a great selection of craft beer and specialty cocktails (with a seasonal created by the staff). There is also a pool table, darts, shuffleboard, and other table games if you care to hang out. There is also a nice poker table in the back, though I've never seen anyone playing. Most importantly, the bar staff downstairs have to be some of the best I've encountered, anywhere! Love love love this place!!!! read more

So even though it's a pizza spot, I didn't come for that. There is a downstairs speakeasy type bar ... They have all the alcohols you could need. I do have to give some contacts on the pizza so the pizza looked good. Looked really good. They can make whatever you need, it depends on what they have available. The ovens are always on so I would definitely suggest coming in for a slice. Especially if you've been drinking, you're going to need that pizza and that grease to help soak up the liquor! Both times I've been I've only come for the bar though. I tried to get some pizza this time but they didn't have a lot of available but I feel like maybe it was just because it was late. After a long day of brewery crawling we were starving and ordered for pick up a pie, a massive breadstick- see pic- and a side salad. All was ready in 30 min as promised on a busy Saturday. 1 was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. While it may not take the crown for the best pizza l've ever enjoyed, it certainly wins the title for the best pizza l've had at this price point. The balance of flavors, the crispy crust, and the generous topping of pepperoni made for a delightful meal that exceeded my expectations. What stood out to me, apart from the delicious pizza, was the exceptional service. The bartender and counter staff were super friendly, making the pick up and drink at the bar experience even more enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch that you don't often find elsewhere. Given the quality of the food and the outstanding service, I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I plan to broaden my taste experience by trying the wings and sandwiches, which, if they're anything like the pizza, promise to be equally satisfying. I did not know this place existed! Our Sr. VP took the Finance department here for lunch. Since I had never heard of this place a coworker and I had to map quest it. It's near the Warehouse Row area... I think lol! We had to turn around once, so I'd have to use GPS again to go back! I had a slice with pepperoni and sausage - and this slice was HUGE! It hung off the plate - but more importantly it was delicious! The flavors popped in my mouth and the marinara had just enough garlic flavor that the complete bite was savory and wonderful. I had some pasta salad as well, which was pretty good. I can't tell you anything about the service. Well, I had high expectations but those were dashed. My family and I walked in, there was a line which is a good sign that there were a lot of people who want to come here because either they've been here before and they loved it, or they've heard great things about the place. Right? When it became my turn at the counter, I ordered one of those giant breadsticks, they have $4 dollars. After I ordered it, I immediately asked if I could get a fresh one because they were only one left and I wanted a hot, fresh breadstick. I was told no I could not have a hot, fresh breadstick, since I can't preorder. I had to take the one that was there or not order one until the next batch came out of the oven. Well, fortunate for me next in line was my son in law who ordered a breadstick after I had to take the last one on the tray that was being displayed. He was able to pre order his because it wasn't out of the oven. I see how this is... Strike 1! The breadstick that I had was very cool and didn't have much flavor. The marinara sauce was too thick and cold, not warm at all. Strike 2! Now granted, when you order something, yours usually does not look like a picture. I get that, but the pepperoni and sausage ratio compared to the pepperoni and sausage ratio in the displayed photo is definitely off. Mine only had like five slices of pepperoni, and five or six slices of sausage on the whole twelve inch pizza. Strike 3..... Otherwise, the atmosphere is good for families and they have arcade games, sofas to meet up with your friends. I am not sold on the food. Peace out Goodfellas.... This is for the Wiseguy Lounge, a speakeasy-style bar (yet just as enormous as the pizzeria above it). Who knew that that a pizza chain might have this in their arsenal? I had heard of Goodfellas before, a smallish regional chain and when people were recommending we stop here for a drink I was like uhhh, I have no interest in drinking at the bar of a chain pizzeria. But Wiseguy Lounge is different. The expansive industrial ambiance paired with mobster memorabilia and dreaded bright lights doesn't scream speakeasy, but they get points for trying. Also major major points for those semi circular booths. At the very least, if it were darker it would be more atmospheric. I really liked my drink, a Cherry Jubilee, loved the spicy cherry chocolate notes. We asked the bartender how late they were going to be open because we were going to go exploring the town a bit (mistake. Everything on Jan 2 was shuttered up due to the end of the holidays) and she told us specific hours for the bar closing as well as food service (downstairs) because my husband wanted to eat. Long story short, we returned about 15 minutes before food service was allegedly over but she told him he had to order upstairs. I ordered our drinks and she said it was last call so did I want to order a second round and close out? It was 45 minutes before she said they'd be closing. I get that this is normal practice, I've owned and worked in bars for years. I told her to just close us out and sat down. A half hour later, lights were on and she told people to leave. This was weird. Why be specific about times, give no warning that sometimes they close earlier and why the hell would you encourage me to order two rounds of drinks if you were kicking us out before closing? Rhetorical questions, clearly. This greatly soured our experience and given other options being open in town, I doubt we'd return here. I like the concept a lot, hey next thing you know Dominos, Pizza Hut and Papa John's will be adding in bars, too? (Wouldn't make their dreadful pizza taste any better of course). read more

Cool atmosphere. We're from out of town and staying at the moxy so went out of convenience because I needed a snack later in the evening. Online it wasn't as clear that they sell by the slice as well so was pleasantly surprised that I could order a NY large slice for $4.50. My partner got a pepperoni slice then we headed downstairs to see the bar and adult games then came back up to the arcade and sat by the bar with a sun kissed sweetheart and my lover, my lady cocktails. Sun kissed sweetheart seemed almost floral but there wasn't any in the ingredients so didn't like as much as my lover my lady which was exactly as described but tastier.
