The staff were so nice when we came into the office and welcomed us in. The wait was not long and they gave me a tour of the place so my daughter could feel at home if we decided to go with them. Dr. Levine was super knowledgeable and detailed with the consultation. He has 30 years of experience and my friend told me she went there years ago and they did such a great job with her teeth. Reason we did not go with them is the distance from where we live. I wanted to shoot my shot because I heard nothing but great things about this place. Pricing is better than North Potomac Ortho too. Definitely shop around before committing, it makes a difference. This would have been first pick if it wasn't far from home.

I genuinely looked forward to all of my appointments and enjoyed the Invisalign treatment process under Dr. Lavine's direction. Every staff member, tech and the doctor himself were all incredibly friendly, efficient and thorough in their explanations and actions. My questions were always heard and addressed. Dr. Lavine even went as far as to help remove my Invisalign attachments before my wedding, and re-attach them after so that they wouldn't show in my wedding photos. I find out that I wasn't educated properly on what I was paying for being that I needed help with my Upper overbite. I was given "Invisalign." I call to inquire about the accommodation/fix of the overbite with the Invisalign and was met with an incompetent secretary talking as if she were there during my consultation. Very condescending. The office wanted to charge me more for a second consultation as if I'm supposed to trust them now lol. I was supposed to collect my retainers August 17th at 8am only to discover that I needed to come back the next day because front desk or whomever didn't notify me that UPS comes between 11am or 12 to 3. Why would you not educate and agree with Invisalign retainers knowing I have missing teeth to make space for aligning and an overbite? I took time out of my day earlier this week to make a second and last payment for the retainers because once again someone was incompetent not to collect.
