You know I love this conformational technique because I want to make sure everything is cleaned and fixed before she seals out my tooth. NOTE all the EXTRA X-Rays she asked for were not on my bill. After many, many years of not having any cavities, a couple of old fillings needed to be replaced, and there were the beginnings of some new, small cavities. Overall, she worked on five teeth over two visits. Never fun to have any dentist work on my teeth, but Dr. Guerrero and her team are very professional and welcoming. Dr. Guerrero also gave me a follow up phone call a few weeks after the work to check in with me. Her office is also very nice with accommodations for the clients such as letting you select the music played in your area. One service in particular that was very helpful is that she photographed my teeth and was able to show me on her wall screen the tooth that needed work, what it looked like after she removed the old fillings, and what the tooth looked like after she was done. It was so helpful and comforting to see what the dentist was doing. Perhaps that is standard these days since I have not had cavities in a while, but I have had other work and a camera was never used. What I find most enjoyable, though, is how she works with her staff. While she worked on my teeth, she was giving instructions and guidance to her assistants while also talking about their kids, schools, and favorite food dishes. It was a nice blend of professionalism and the personal, and sort of made me feel like part of the office family. I also really like that Dr. Guerrero and her staff are bi-lingual and sometimes speak Spanish with each other when working on your teeth. And it is often the case that you will hear Juan Gabriel, Marco Antonio Solis, and other popular Latin American singers on their sound system. All in all, I highly, highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist. An outstanding dentist and staff who create a welcoming experience for their clients.

Dr. Dalia is the first "outside the industry bubble" for me, but I was super impressed by this place! The actual place is super comfortable and relaxing. Nice music and what they have on the TV is a little odd, but I was able to change the channel. They put on those home flipper shows which makes me think that this place is mostly Sauganash Moms lol. They have Hulu and Netflix so...cool! As you probably can already tell, I am used to a real "old school" dentist so I was very impressed by all the doodads and technology they had which greatly improved my comfort and made a much better memory of a dentist office. I was in for a DEEP cleaning which was done with a load of novacane. While she really numbed me down alot, her assessment for how long it was going to last was accurate. She was also a bit faster than I expected, but her work got my "mom's seal of approval lol" (she wanted to see). I will admit that it has been awhile since I have been in for a cleaning so I have some work cut out for me. Still, Dr. Dalia explained it to me like I was an adult and didn't try to dumb it down. She was able to use technology like my mouth was a football field and she was drawing up plays. I kind of liked that. One overlooked part was the cost and insurance. While it was still "expensive", the prices did match up with what my insurance estimated it would be. I know one of the biggest problems with dentists are insurance. This office seems to have it down and provides quite a bit of transparency of how much it costs. Since my parents paid for my dental work growing up, I have never seen a bill for something quali major. At "worst" the prices here are fair which for a medical/dental practice, is still pretty positive. The cleaning I received was thorough and my teeth never looked so clean. She mentioned one of my teeth had a split going across it where a filling was and recommended I get a cap before it brakes and causes more trouble and pain. The procedure was quick and easy and I'm so glad I did. The color matches and I'm so happy with the results. She also bonded my front tooth which cracked which I've been living with for a while.
