The Good: It's exactly what you'd expect: a stripclub with a sports bar. The sports bar is large surrounded by TV's and a full bar. The food menu has all the basic stuff like wings, burgers, and fries, and the quality is consistent with that of other sports bars. The stripclub section is posh with plenty of comfy seats and bottle service tables for you ballers. There are also TV's and projector screens in this area, so you can have one eye on a girl working the pole and one eye on the game. The waitresses and dancers are very friendly, nice, and range from cute to hot. There's also a smoking area in the back. The Bad: Like any other strip clubs, the ATM fee is high, so always bring cash. You'll also smell like a stripper when you leave, but no harm in that. Came here for a guys night to watch the MNF Seahawks-Saints game. Had high hopes which were quickly dashed. So so many bad things: 1. Horrible smell! Learned that they had plumbing sewer issues, and they use a weird incense scent to try to mask it. But it just makes it even grosser. Nasty sewer particles floating around in the air and settling on everything including food and plates etc. the kicker is that the smell is not a recent problem- was told it had been around for months!! And no idea when if ever the plumbing will be fixed. Yuck! 2. Bait and switch/misleading advertisement- their website touts a burger and fries happy hour special til 7pm. We ordered near start of game at 5:30 pm, only to be told (in a rather rude manner) that the special ends at 4pm! Shady! 3. Unfriendly service- no smiles on any staff faces', no introductions or hellos, payment demanded before food even served. Two huge projector screens on each side. We sat for about 10 minutes and we finally realized that the bar was actually in the back. WOW. The bar was WAYYYY better than most regular restaurant bars. We ate and had a few beers then went back for the dancers. One girl in particular had everyones attention. I don't remember her name but she was a beautiful black dancer that had all the right moves. I swear I'm not a prude, but I hate feeling misled. We went specifically to watch an MMA fight and paid $10 cover charge each. The billboard leads one to believe it's a sports bar, and I have paid a cover charge to watch fights before. I was thinking it would just be like a topless Hooters and had no idea it's really a strip club. You can't see the pole from the lobby and don't know what it really is, until after you pay. We tried to make the best of it and ordered drinks in the bar. The voice of the girl's announcer is really loud and you can't pretend you're not in a strip club. The final straw was when I accidentally wandered into a private alcove while looking for the bathroom and saw one of their girls in close physical contact with a customer, leading me to fear the place might get raided for prostitution. We left our half full drinks there, and I asked the doorman for a refund for the place being misrepresented as a sports bar in advertising and on the website. Of course, he refused to return our money even though we were only there 20 minutes and it was long before the fight even started. Guys, I used to love this place and talk it up as a sports viewing destination, but it is going down hill fast! Went for lunch in their perfectly good restaurant, but was told that it was closed for lunch. If I wanted to eat, I would have to have lunch in the strip club itself which has almost no seating appropriate for eating and tvs obscured by hanging lamps or the stage. They claim it's due to the dancers wanting to have an audience, but I really don't want to make it rain while I am watching a game and eating a burger! and I've had plenty of dancers join me for a drink or lunch in the bar area and THEN we got a lap dance, so don't think they are that starved for a few dollars. You'll notice that Dames'n'Games either gets 5 stars or 1 on Yelp. That's because they require dancers to post positive reviews for them. In reality, DNG has neither decent dames nor games and doesn't care AT ALL about customer service. If you're a guy looking for a scandalous night out, DNG isn't for you. We were there for my friend's birthday and only one girl danced topless in over 3 hours. This is the type of place which attracts girls who have had a LOT of surgery. Mostly what you see are bikini dances which hide the scars. As for the lap dances, no nudity nor touching is allowed. If you're interested in sports, DNG kept interrupting the games with their homespun ads. In our case, the ads happened to run over the biggest play in a Laker's games, which was pretty frustrating. But our biggest beef is that a dancer, with a sweeping leg, kicked over all our drinks. We were cool about it at first, even though we were all wet, but management refused to give us new drinks. We were irritated, but we didn't want to ruin the evening, so we ordered new drinks. Immediately after we paid for the new drinks, a bouncer arrived and kicked us out, presumably for complaining that a stripper spilled drinks on us. Personally, I think that's pretty outrageous. All in all, it was a terrible night. Clearly, in DNG's opinion, the customer is NOT "always right", but rather is a sheep to be fleeced. Complaints are dealt with by kicking out the complainer. I don't know how I got to my mid-30s without ever having set foot in a strip club, but on this night, I was particularly determined to check one out for the first time. It helped that I was with a bunch of buzzed dudes and my boyfriend, who were all leaving a work party, but wanted to keep the good times rolling. If you check in on Yelp, the door lady will waive the $5 entrance fee. Plus! Also, she gives you change in $1 in any amount that you'd like! How convenient! (I'm sure this is commonplace at most strip joints, but I'm a newbie, so I was impressed.) Beers were reasonably priced -- I enjoyed an enormous glass of Blue Moon for only $7. And because this place serves alcohol, the girls are topless, not fully nude. I got the impression that the women who are newer work earlier in the night, because these dancers looked a bit inexperienced and awkward. I could almost see them planning out their next move before they did it. But as the night got later, the women got better and better until we were witnessing some pretty acrobatic routines high up on the poles. I definitely enjoyed watching them. At one point I even got to see an older gentleman walk up to the poles and throw huge stacks of dollar bills at the dancers. Those bills hit the fans and made a money storm, with all the bills swirling around. It was my first time seeing someone "make it rain" in real life, and it was awesome! Review of Dames N' Games in LA - we went last Friday during the March Madness for a work lunch function. This place is def in the hood so I was kind of happy it was still light outside. The building is fantastic though...very nice and luxurious. Something you wouldn't find in this area. They do have security and frisk you when you go in. Check into Yelp to get a free admission pass. The dancing part is like a high end strip club but it is a bikini club meaning they don't take their tops off. The other section is the sports bar section. Again everything is top notch, clean and feels like an upscale bar / restaurant. The food is actually quite good. During the lunch time crowd there was a company event and def saw other females which surprised me. The girls...for an early afternoon were a hit or miss. Majority have tattoos over their body if you like that. Wide mix of gals. So over all - this is a much cleaner and safer Sam's Hofbrau. You can't compare the two. The crowd is a little more upscale as well from Sam's. Even though it is in the hood this place is safe and will def be a regular. read more

I've loved this place for the past 4 years! The food is delicious (bomb sliders and fries), most girls are down to earth & nice, management is always on point, and the bathrooms are always clean. And yes, you do have to sometimes drop a pretty penny to get the whole shaaabaaang but it's worth it.
