I went back in last week and was able to find a sweet diamond for the misses and they were able to also fix my sons watch. I am still amazed at how much stuff they have packed into that place and it can be overwhelming but i would totally recommend this place. I took the bracelet into the store, left it with Rahim Khurami, Repair Manager, and the jeweler looked at it and I was called with the cost. Three weeks later, I went to pick it up. At that case the girl told me one price then didn't add things up correctly. Apparently it was my fault for not adding things in the way they would have. They try to one over you. The chain based off their word was 60% off. The store did an additional 10% that day for the sale. I'm mad at being told one thing from the employee near the case and then when actually rang up and my card run it's $45 more. Can you not honor your quoted price? A mistake on your part shouldn't be one made on mine.
